Hello everyone,
This is my first ever review post so bear with me. Please do not hesitate Eder from this company. We ordered a gift for someone. The gift flower arrangement is called "lavender love"we also paid a fee for expedite delivery. 1. The flowers looked completely different. The arrangement had NO lavender, see pictures.
2. The flowers were delivered 3 hours late. The person who was supposed to be surprised at her office wasn't there anymore.
When we called to complain (in a very nice way, because we are actually nice people), they asked for a picture which we provided in an email Right away. We did not receive an email or a phone call back, instead I called two days later. Again the lady on the phone was so extremely mean and cold. No apology whatsoever (I mean the surprise failed becuase of them). After her finally looking at the picture I provided she said that it looks almost the same and offered a 15% refund. We paid $110 for this gift. I really hope you read this and won't go forward with them. Let's support better florists, and most of all let's support nicer and better humans. I had just received news of a death in the family and wanted flowers to get to a certain special person ASAP. After I ordered them and hung up the phone they were delivered within the hour! That was amazing in itself but the arrangement ("The Secret Garden") was just beautiful! Thank you to Lizzie for your patient and kind help. (Lizzie took my info and she got it all correct first time I said it-and my info is unusual-great job!)

I wish I had googled them prior to ordering. They missed the Mother's Day weekend Delivery guaranteed date and then just cancelled my order 5 days later. This is not where you want to order flowers from.

I placed an order 7 days in advance of the date requested and on the delivery date nothing. The flowers were delivered the day after the agreed date the flowers did show up. They came the day after the recipient's birthday. This place has no concern for delivery deadlines.

I paid extra for same day delivery before 1pm and they never delivered the flowers but still charged me for it. I called and spoke with customer service who told me they had delays today and she would send me a $4.00 refund for the inconvenience on a bouquet of flowers that cost me close to $100. I would not recommend them to anyone.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. THE SENT ME DEAD FLOWERS! SO EXPENSIVE. THE DRIVER DID A DING DONG DITCH BECAUSE HE WAS SO EMBARRASSED

I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day and they never showed up. I called the next day to see what happened, they explained that they would get the log from the delivery driver, and contact me before the end of the day. I never heard from them and called back a couple days later. My mom lives thousands of miles away from me, so it's not like I can fix this and just bring her flowers myself. She still has not received the flowers. The customer service is useless. Do not waste your time or money with this place!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter in law for mothers day, Mothers day arrives, no flowers! I paid for express delivery and the arrangement cost was $109.00 On the 16th the flowers were delivered and this is what she received. See photo attached. The second order for my other daughter in law has not arrived yet 8 days after I placed the order $114.00. This flower company is a scam! Don't buy flowers from them if you want them to arrive on time or you want your moneys worth period!

SCAM! SCAM! BEWARE! I placed my order 5/13/23 they said it would be delivered 5/13-23 to 5/14/23. My card was charged $122.23. I called on 5/15 and 5/16 to see WHY nothing was delivered they said next day every time.then. They said hey ran out of flowers... I checked the website order status on 5/16 late in the day and it said Status:Delivered...MY MOM NEVER RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS! Everytime I called customer service they would say its going to be delivered.WHAT?!. ALSO THEY USE FAKE PHONE NUMBERS WHEN YOU CHOOSE CALL BACK OPTION ON WEBSITE.IM SURE THEY ARE ALSO STEALING OUR INFORMATION.CANT BELIEVE I FELL FOR A SCAM

Ordered Mother's Day flowers on a Thursday for Saturday delivery. No show, monday I received an email apologizing for the delay and that it would come that day. They did not. Tuesday I received another email saying it would come Wednesday.
Calling their support line was a joke. #2 was to check status, it disconnected after 2 rings - 3 x. Their portal to self manage my order also did not work.
In short, I have reported them as suspected fraud to my credit card company. Be warned, this is a scam

Not sure if this is an outright scam but I would not order from this company. First, they take the order and guarantee delivery on Mother's Day. Then, they say it will be late but are working to deliver in next 1-2 days. Now, their tracking system shows flowers were delivered on Monday but absolutely nothing was delivered. Requesting my money back before I go through AMEX for a refund.

They late, my friend recited the wrong flowers without teddy bear and without note that I was send to her. 1 star is to much!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my aunt, and two days after Mother's Day, they still haven't arrived. I've been trying to call customer service for two days, and each time I call, the line hangs up before you ever speak to a service. I also submitted the issue through their website, and nothing. I finally disputed the charge through my credit card, and when Capital One called the number they have on file for the vendor, the recorded voice didn't say the business name and hung up on them too. I would not recommend anyone do business with this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers called the Flower Power Basket to be sent to my mom for Mother's Day, but she instead received a small bouquet that I could have bought at a grocery store for $15.00. When I contacted customer service, they refused to acknowledge that this was a completely lack-luster bouquet and nothing like what I paid for, even though talked them through the exact amount of flowers in the bouquet showed online versus the bouquet received, sent them pictures of the bouquet, etc. They only offered a 20% refund, even though the bouquet was missing at least 50% of flowers ordered. I'm not even sure if I will receive that refund, seeing how sleazy their business practices are. I echo what was stated in the other reviews -- this company is a scam.

They delivered on the wrong day and most flowers were wilted and two were dead and brown. Customer services was no help

I placed an order of over $100 to be delivered to best friend on anniversary of a family member's death. Was assured that they were IN the town near small town where delivery to be made. Delivery fee of over $20 charged. I asked several times if they actually were in this town as had been told by her brother that their mother always used "Blossom Florist" in that town. 4 days later and no delivery and it has been charged to my card. As someone else said. Try to call and you get nothing if questioning why delivery not made. Obviously NOT a florist in the town. Will be telling the bank that this is a fraud business. Bank of America is great about reverseing charges... so have no doubt they will do so in this instance. DO NOT USE THIS RIDICULOUS SCAM ONLINE COMPANY., Unable to furnish photo as no delivery. And was told reciept would be emailed... nothing but another add on email... no receipt!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, they claimed a delivery/contact was attempted (was not). Called customer service to cancel the order given the flowers were not delivered on the day promised and waited on hold for an hour only to be sent to voicemail.

This company is FRAUD! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and my mom not only didn't receive them on Mother's Day she also so didn't receive them the day after.

I WILL NEVER use them again and I suggest you do not either!

I ordered before Mother's Day flowers for my mother across the country. I put in her address for delivery. Paid and got confirmation that it was on the way. They didn't deliver on the first day but was given a notice it would be delivered by Mother's Day. The day came and went still no delivery. I call Monday and am told I'll be called back in 14 minutes. Then an hour later I get a call and am placed on hold and am being told they never could deliver to that address. Then why did your system take the order. No answer other than we are sorry. Poor excuse for a business do not trust your delivery to actually be delivered.
