Unbelievable just contacted credit company and police they can't sell product and take your money and deliver dead flowers and false advertising. They claim they were sending a partial refund email never got it but happy my friend is a lawyer this place needs to shut down stay away we work too hard for our money and i let my poor elderly down for Mother's Day so sad,

Totally failed to delivery on mothers day even though I asked for delivery on the Friday before. Called on Friday and they promised next day. Never happened. Been on hold for over 90 minutes just trying to get a refund. They made us think it was a local flower company but these are just some kind of scam call center.

SCAM! They took my money on 5/11 for a Mother's Day Delivery on 5/12. Nothing was delivered so I called on 5/13. They couldn't provide any updates from their local partner. They said it would be delivered by EOD on 5/13 and that I would receive an email to notify me of the delivery. I called back later on 5/13 but after waiting on hold they hung up on me. The call center is outsourced internationally and they had no clue what was going on. Mother's Day was 5/14 and they still never arrived. It is now 5/15 and my mom never received her flowers. I've spent countless hours on hold and via email trying to get this resolved. Hopefully, my bank will refund my $90 they scammed me out of. Do not use this website!

This company is a scam. They make representations to deliver and then don't. But they have the Gaul to charge you anyway. They are rude if you call and try to talk with a representative, put you on hold saying "you are number 12 in line your wait will be 3 minutes. 45 minutes later a rep answers. If you desire brain damage…order through them.

I placed an order on Saturday morning, May 14, for Mothers Day delivery on May 15. The flowers I pick were advertised as costing $84 and the on line ad indicated they were a local (Clinton Twp MI) business. I spoke to a women with a heavy Indian accent, she assured me the flowers would be delivered and did her best to up sale me on adding a teddy bear, more flowers, more balloons. I just wanted the flowers and one balloon. By the time all was said and done, the order cost $130. By 7:30 PM on Sunday, Mothers Day the flowers had not been delivered. I attempted to cancel the order on line via their web site and got an automated message that too much time had passed and the order could not be canceled. I called their "customer service" and was on forever hold. I kept getting a message that my wait time was "15 second". 30 mins later I was still on hold. When the guy with the heavy indian accent answered I told him I wanted the order cancelled and he said they would schedule for delivery tomorrow. They refused to credit stating that the flowers were on there way for delivery. I told them delivery would be refused and that I plan to contact my back to let them know what had happened and that I do not want to pay for horrible service from this unscrupulous company. The only reason that I mentioned the Indian accents is that I believe this is an outfit out of India pulling some type of scam. Stay far away from these SCAMMERS! I should have checked BBB, but was in a hurry. BBB gives them an F rating. Leason learned!

I can't even begin to beg you NOT to use this company. Mother's day flowers supposed to be delivered the past 3 days. Still going to be late. Customer service closed one one of the 2 biggest days of the year. I'm so upset. Pay the extra and go with a reputable company. This company is trash. One star is way too high.

Will not deliver your order. Just takes your money. Pretty sure they just take money and pocket whatever orders don't request refunds. I don't think they have any intention to deliver flowers.

They take your money, charge multiple fees, deliver days after the agreed date (5 days late in my case), cannot offer the arrangements displayed on their website, characterize the delivery as successful, do not answer their phone, and send auto email responses.

I just ordered flowers for Mother's Day delivery, May 14. This was verified and accepted by the company. Once they took my money, they stated delivery date was flexible (May 13 to 15). That's not what I ordered and agreed to! They changed the terms on my only after they took my money. Now I tried cancelling but I don't think they cancelled. So now after almost an hour on the phone, I am not even sure what is going on only that I've paid over $100 and I have no idea when my mom will get her flowers. Unacceptable!

Fraudulent Company
This company misrepresents itself as a local highly rated flower shop. I ordered a +$100 arrangement. When it didn't arrive as expected, I tried to track the delivery but the email tracking buttons are not mobile enabled, first tip off. So I called customer service, kept disconnecting. So I chose the new order option and they picked up immediately and then transferred me to help line. Stayed on help line hold for over 30 minutes and then was hung up upon. Got an auto generated email that they were looking into my ticket. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and for the first time ever, the major national bank immediately refunded my money. This tells me that this company is on a fraud list.

Eventually around 7pm, my mother got an "arrangement" that looked like a sad, half dead, bunch of left over stuff. I had ordered a modern rose bouquet that looked nothing like what was delivered. I took pics of the two and sent to Blossom and they gave me some song and dance about how replacing flowers etc happens and offered me 10% off. Ridiculous. See pics…

Avoid at all costs.

Terrible business!

They delivered an overpriced bouquet of half-dead flowers, on a different day than was specified. I had to wait on hold for 17 minutes before talking to a customer service rep. When I complained, they offered a 30% credit, which is NOT a satisfactory resolution. They should either provide a full refund or remake the order using FRESH flowers. This is what I paid nearly $90 for. Disgusting!

I ordered a $175.00 arrangement for my sisters wake/funeral. Two days before the wake I received a text stating that they needed another $175 because of some third party crap. I figured that was certainly a scam so I ignored it. I went to the wake and no flowers and I kept getting these texts for more money. Trying to call this company and talking to a person was impossible and I'm dealing with well wishers. Now I'm hoping the flowers will arrive for the funeral. Nope! Next day I get a text saying they will deliver to my sisters house. I was furious. I was as put on hold for over an hour until I finally talked to someone and after a lengthy back and for trying to explain that delivering flowers to the house wasn't going to work! My sisters is now in the ground! They said they would reimburse my money. I'm not holding my breath. I have also made a complaint to the BBB. Not surprising there was a long list of complaints against this company.

I bought a flower with a balloon and paid extra to have it delivery within days. Not only the flower didn't get there until 10 days later. But they have the happy birthday balloon. What's more discussing is that the flower totally looked different...it looks like something my 5 year old put together...they look dead flower to me.
This company is discussing and should be out of business. The 4.5 reviews they have from their website are from fake customers... there is no way in hell this company is even rated higher than 2. Stay away people and you will not get a refund. They are telling you they're sorry...but sorry won't change the fact that the company sucks.

This service is efficient and delivered on time but otherwise, completely misleading. I paid for a full bouquet of pink flowers, roses and whatever was in season, the greenery, minimal. Price including delivery totalling $151 CAD which I think is reasonable. My mother received 7 pink roses, way more green than flowers. They are nice roses, she said they smell lovely but this bouquet in no way resembles what was advertised. I'll never use this flower (sham) website again. Buyer beware.

Another purchaser scammed

We searched this company's website for just the right funeral flower arrangement. Unfortunately, I did not research reviews of other customers who were scammed just like we were, there are tons of the same complaint in here and the Bbb website. We ordered an arrangement titled "tribute basket". We thought it was very elegant and the basket had many many roses pictured. Note the term "basket". We got a vase with 2 full size roses and a couple mini roses. Otherwise there were many daisies, a lily or two and a lot of filler. We were so embarrassed. We paid approximately $170 including delivery and taxes. I'm certain the delivered arrangement was not worth 1/2 of amount we paid. As with other customers, they offered me a10% discount on amount paid. Reading other reviews, they are exactly as this one, receiving flowers of low value instead of the elegant and beautiful arrangements pictured, and then it seems they almost always offer the 10% discount. Anyone smell a pattern to their scam? We would attach a picture(s) but I need to turn my attention to disputing the credit card charge. I'm so embarrassed to have purchased from this sad ripoff service.

Scam artists. I placed a mother's day order the Sunday before. They emailed me on Wednesday saying they had to find a more expensive vendor and that I would be responsible for covering the cost, knowing full well at this point it's too late find another vendor. I own a small business. When I quote a price and agree upon it with a customer, if it costs more to fulfill the order, you eat the cost! That's business.

Do NOT order from these scam artists. They will wait until you are desperate and then slap you with an additional charge. Thank you to Maria and Pamela for ruining mother's day.

Misleading ad

Needed flower delivery for Nepean, CANADA. Googled and blossom flower delivery came up as "#1 florist in Nepean". I was charged in USD. Had I known it was in USD I wouldn't have ordered. Called customer service and they weren't helpful at all. Flowers were not as nice advertised.

Ordered flowers for a birthday and the pic was stunning online! So excited for my friend to send me the picture when it arrived and so disappointed! The flowers were half open, sparse and thrown together. Do not order from them-I am still waiting for my refund 1 week later. I am not sure I will even get a refund but if I do not-I am contacting the better business bureau.
