Don't order especially if something happens and you have to try and cancel it on the same day! Was sending a gift to a friend who ended up having a family emergency happen and had to go out of town last minute, ridiculous!
I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day, was charged $90, then after my payment went through I got an email a few minutes later saying the order was cancelled and that my refund would come in 6 business days. The email was unapologetic and even written kind of rudely, with no explanation as to why my order was cancelled. I called the help line twice, and after waiting on hold I was told by the recording that my call was next in line, then both times I was immediately disconnected. It may not be a literal scam, it may just be incompetence, but this is an absolutely horrible company. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday on May 4th. The order was for same day delivery. Not only did they not deliver them, they never communicated that to me. No email or phone call saying they wouldn't make it that day. When I called customer service they told me all they could do was give me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to my order. I will never order from this company again. Save yourself the time and order elsewhere.
They will send whatever floral arrangement they want to - not what you order. And will only give you a 15% return - no higher!
They did not deliver the $200 plus funeral wreath I ordered. How embarrassing!
Was told they would deliver somewhere else. Are you kidding me? Will take 2-8 business days for a credit. Are you kidding me? I would give them a zero if I could
I placed a large expensive order (over $160) for a family funeral with this company and even paid extra for early delivery. I arrived early with family to the funeral home and the flowers were not there. I immediately got on the phone to find out where the flowers were and the representative told me they would have to check and would right back with me - the line then went dead. I attempted to call again with no result. After the service I spoke with the director and he confirmed no flowers were delivered with my name on the card. I called back and explained to another representative who was evidently in another country (imagine that) who said they would check. I told her the service was over and it was pointless for the flowers to be delivered after the fact and I would be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges to which she asked me not to do that they would find the flowers. I was frustrated at this point and told her again - pointless now the service is over. She told me someone would be calling me back - NEVER HAPPENED. This place is a joke - I should have called the florist directly. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.
Stay away! I wish I would've seen this before I ordered. Flowers never came terrible customer service they ruined our event. Please stay away.

When you see this company's number it has "risk fraud" next to it! Read reviews b4 doing business, wish I had, now I see why the reviews are what they are!

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday. What I saw and ordered online looked nothing like what was delivered. They told me there was a flower shortage and offered 10% back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The flowers I ordered were the next level up from the ones shown on website (second picture). I was told there would be even more flowers if I ordered the deluxe arrangement. The flowers delivered (first picture) were not as described. The few roses looked like they had seen better days and were on their last legs. The vase was different. Stay away from Blossom Flower Delivery.
ZERO stars. This place is a scam. Ordered flowers 5/8 for 5/9 delivery. It's 5/11- NO FLOWERS. Eric is a joke. No such person. Why hasn't this scam been shut down? I need to fight with AMEX now to get this off my card.
I paid for delivery before 1pm and the flowers arrived at 4:30pm. I paid for a balloon and none arrived. And now on hold for 30 mins as they try to find out why. Choose someone else. They cannot deliver the product you pay for.
They were terrible. Ordered a gorgeous bouquet from their website. Late delivery and ugly/wrong flowers were sent a day after my friend's birthday. I ordered 3 days ahead of time. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Their customer service is horrible too. They will not help you, nor answer you and the only thing they will do is a 10% discount on a future order. Absolutely pathetic company.

This is a horrible service. I ordered flowers for next day delivery and not only did they not have the flowers they went ahead and delivered some bouquet without the message I sent so the receiver had no clue I sent them. They refused to cancel the order when I asked and when I responded to customer service they asked me to send a picture of the flowers the recipient received.
Ordered a bouquet of roses, tulips and gerber daises, received carnations and asters. I'm embarrassed I sent this to someone! I'd say more but I think the pictures speak for themselves.
I do not live in Jenison, so I relied on the website claim that they are the #1 Florist in Jenison. They advertised same day delivery so I ordered a nice bouquet and filled out the order form and paid by credit card. They posted an order tracker. I received an e-mail from them hours later (at 5:45 pm) saying they had very limited supplies and they would "attempt" to deliver in two days with the value of my chosen arrangement…whatever that means. I'm guessing they didn't contact me until 5:45 so that I couldn't make other arrangements.
Ordered flowers that said they would be delivered in four hours, and did not show up for two days. When they did arrive, they looked nothing like the picture and were wilted and awful. The considerate note I had carefully composed, simply said to Taffy love, X. When I tried to reach out to the company the first day, they were helpful. Then I sent pictures about what I received and the issues I had, and suddenly they stopped communicating with me. I think they saved my number as some sort of unhappy customer, which made it impossible to reach them on customer service. I would call and the line said it would call me back and then it would ring once and before I could even answer it disconnect. When I waited independently for customer service, they pretended they couldn't hear me and said they will call me back, but never did. I had to go to my bank with a dispute to get my money back.
First of all they are a call center located outside the US and not a local florist. I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery in Ct. When they failed to deliver, I was contacted, asking what I wanted to do. I requested a cancellation. Three times they emailed me, three times I requested cancellation. I called them only to be told that they didn't deliver the arrangement because "no one was home". Never have I heard that one. Generally they leave it in a discreet location. When I told the rep I wanted a refund, they refused saying that if they'd delivered, I'd be calling complaining that they'd left the flowers. I've lodged a dispute with my cc. Always call and verify that you're dealing with a local business. This outfit is a scam.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
