Saying that they don't have any plants and they could do a flower arrangement instead but wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Whaaat? I called and was on hold for 45 minutes, was put on hold by them and they hung up on me. They had then sent an email saying they would not deliver and would be put on hold until I got back to them. I immediately tried to email them back but got response that they were closed for the weekend and to call on Tuesday. I was livid. Our poor Mom got nothing from us all that day. They cancelled at the last minute. What a horrible horrible company to do that to people at the last minute like that and have no way to get ahold of them. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT go with this company. Unorganized, uncaring and thoughtless.
I placed an order on a Thursday morning and was assured that it would be delivered on Sat. I contacted them again on Sat after I received an email that it had been hand delivered. I knew it hadn't. She told me that it was on the truck and would definitely be delivered by 6 pm. An hour later I received an email that it couldn't be delivered that day and would be delivered on Monday. When I tried to call, I got a message that customer support was unavailable on the weekend. Called again on Monday. Was put on hold for an hour and a half. When I finally spoke with someone he said the designer told him they didn't have those flowers available. When I asked about compensation for my trouble, they said they would refund me $5.00. I cancelled the order. Then he said they could give me a credit for $10 toward my next purchase. I said, nope, never ordering again. How about you credit my card that $10. He said the maximum compensation he could give me was $5. I cancelled and sincerely hope this cancellation reflects on my card as he stated that the finance department would have to contact me. This place is the WORST! NEVER NEVER use them!
I ordered flowers for a funeral for my best friend's family. They never confirmed delivery after I called repeatedly. I was on hold for a very long time, spoke to two different people and was then guaranteed I'd receive a call back - never did. Their links on their email confirmation do not work, their email address is not valid. I am out $90 and more importantly, wasn't able to show the family I was there in spirit. This supposed business should have charges filed against them for fraud.
Well I wish I read reviews before I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. I had to use this service because my mother was in another state. Needless to day they never came. I paid $95 for nothing. I am still waiting for a refund, while those a**wholes are researching where did the bouquet go. Was there even a bouquet? Scam, they don't even deserve one star.
DO NOT order flowers from this company. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my 82 year old shut-in aunt and, not only was I told the delivery would be late, it never arrived five days later when I finally cancelled my order. Still waiting to see if my money is refunded. Horrible business.
The flowers arrived and you're essentially buying leaves. I paid extra for a teddy bear that never got delivered and when attempting to fix the situation with customer service the dropped over 7 times. They said they will offer me a refund and it will be in my account in 2-6 business days but it's day 18 with no money in sight. I'm not going to fight for 35 dollars because I know when to take a loss. But my problem is that they have no problem taking my money for it but when it's time to pay me back for a product they did not even provide. I have to jump thought 4 rings of fire in shark infested water. Roses were okay, next time I'll do my research before purchasing from a flower delivery service

I ordered a deluxe flower arrangement as a thank you gift for my Mom from a group of us. It was the saddest looking arrangement and was nothing like the photo on their website. I called to voice my complaint and all they would give me was 15 percent off which amounted to 10.49. On a 90.00 arrangement that is disgusting, Stay away from this company, I could have done a better job myself if I did not live in another state.
I ordered roses for my aunts 84th Birthday and they never got there and they charged me anyway. Please stay away from this company, they're scammers!

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Flower order was never delivered and I had to call every day for 3 weeks for a follow-up, I had to repeat the situation every time. I was always promised someone would get back to me, never happened. Do yourself a favor and do not use their services.
I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary to be delivered. They ended up delivering them a day early. When I asked why that happened, they said the designer pulled all the orders from that day (my delivery day) and printed them out and filled them by mistake. Their idea to make it right? They wanted to come back to my wife's work where they were delivered, pick up the flowers that were delivered, and then come back the next day (the correct day) and deliver flowers to her. I told them that was insane and that we would just keep the flowers we got. Also, I was not impressed with the arrangement she got either. It was suppose to be the Pink Bliss arrangement. There were supposed to be pink roses and lilies. What she got was a few pink roses and 3 white mums and a little bit of greenery. It looks NOTHING like what was advertised. I will never do business with them again and neither should anyone else. Customer service was horrible. Overall a horrible experience.

* You enjoy holding on the phone for 30 min to an hour for them to check on your order that was NOT delivered when promised! In my case NOT AT ALL after 9 days & it was local!
* You enjoy having people telling you that your order will be delivered each day for a week & it doesn't get delivered.
* You enjoy people that couldn't really care less about whether you are happy with them or not!
* You enjoy people PROMISING they will call or email you with an update but never doing so!
If you like all of these things & MORE, then these people are defiantly for you, give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
Upon reviewing the website, I ordered an $85 arrangement with delivery set for same day for $103 total.The arrangement was delayed to the next business day after the website stated clearly that it would be delivered same day. When it was delivered 2 days later, the arrangement that was delivered was nothing like on their website. As a former Florist, myself, i would have been ashamed of this arrangement. It looked like a beginner or child created it. Definitely not $85 worth.
My order which I paid extra to be delivered by 1pm was never delivered to my brother in the hospital at all. I think this place is a scam. On the website when you click on a way to receive help, it takes you to a page where you click on an image to get help- I clicked on GET SUPPORT it took me to a form to fill out which led to nowhere- I checked the other boxes and none of them lead anywhere. Try in the morning to find out about this place. Just think, I gave my credit card info, my phone number and address to this place. I won't be sleeping tonight. I only pressed 1 star because there was no 0. The phone support was bad too- I should have hung up and tried another florist.
This place SUCKS…. On day three of my recipients still not getting their flowers I called and was on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to a real person to ask for a refund. They offered to give me five dollars off woo hoo who knows if I will even receive my refund

I ordered flowers from this company for a dear friend. They never delivered the flowers. I called to report this to the company and they told me that they were delivered. I stated that they had not, but they rely only on their driver's feedback. It was apparent to me through the call that it does not matter if the customer states that the flowers did not get delivered to the loved one. This is not a customer driven business or they would fix the issue. I was left with the answer of no refund and I can call back to see what the driver said! I called the bank to start a dispute to have the money refunded. Beware!
Ordered assorted daisies online. Flowers arrived without the balloon I paid an extra $6 USD for. Flowers were the wrong colour and there were about half the flowers from the picture online. I complained and they offered a 10% refund, which only covers the missing balloon. Over $100 for flowers I could have gotten at the grocery for $25. Very little value for the money.
I am not usually one to complain or write bad reviews but this is the worst experience with flowers EVER! 1st we ordered the flowers on Monday April 17th for same day delivery. I had to call on Thursday April 20th to find out why they have not been delivered yet. They left me on hold while calling the receiver of the flowers to ask them if they got them as if I was lying! Then told me to give them 24-48 hours to figure it out. Later that evening the person received some flowers with our note we added with order and it was completely wrong. It looked like someone went out and picked some weeds from a field and then threw some carnations in it. I will post the Bear floral arrangement in a basket that we ordered and cost $88.00 and then the vase of weeds w/out the bear that was actually sent. So after that I reached back out to customer service and they said half-apologic that they could give us 10% of the cost + $15.00 for the missing bear back to make it right. I replied with a big no! You have to be kidding me that I would get a refund of $23.75 for the mess up and poor quality of flowers. There is NO WAY I WILL EVER USE THEM OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE AGAIN. Best believe word of mouth carries and my experience has been shared.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
