They didn't even try to deliver in person or call the number given to them. They just shoved them in the mailbox and the lid was shut on the flowers Cushing them. The roses were half dead. When I emailed them, they did not mention anything about delivering them to the mailbox and only gave a 10% off. What poor customer service!
Claimed recipient requested delivery next day, but I spoke to friend/recipient who said she did not, so lie #1. A day after that, someone called to squeeze an additional $12 from me, citing "different supplier," which they didn't tell me sooner and which I now suspect was lie #2. Because recipient knew flowers were coming, I stupidly paid the extra charge, after which I learned the flowers weren't going to be delivered that day either--it was only 2:00 p.m. As of noon today, no flowers have been delivered. I will be requesting a refund but doubt I'll get it. Avoid at all costs.
Order was placed on March 21st. Payment was deducted the same day from the debit card. No flowers were delivered on March 30th as requested and ordered. Been on the phone and they conveniently cannot find the order, so refund is delayed... Still not received!
Placed order for arrangement to be delivered for a new Mom. They wanted to deliver the flowers 4 days later to her house. She wants them at hospital not home... Geez then waited all day to tell me... UGGGGg
PLEASE do not use this company. When a family friend passed I ordered flowers from Blossom Flower Delivery. The website confirmed flowers to be delivered the next day to the funeral home which would have been in time for the Friday viewing. After receiving a message that the delivery is delayed until Monday I called customer service because OBVIOUSLY the family would not be there to receive the flowers on Monday. I got the runaround, promised they would help but didn't follow through and when I called to follow up the last time to see what could be done, I was told the notes show I cancelled the order so nothing is scheduled to be delivered at all. To make it right they offered to issue a refund. WHAT? A refund for WHAT? You took my order, confirmed a delivery date but had no intention to fill it, charged me anyway, and now you are kind enough to issue me a refund? Which by the way can take up to 2 weeks to process. I'm skeptical I will get that back. And now I see a 1-star rating for this company with many similar experiences. I'm giving them 1 star for the lesson this taught me to check reviews first!
Having ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife as a surprise after a bad week, not only did the order which was for the same day turn up 24 hours late, but to try and make up for it I was offered a $10 gift code that gave $5 off when it was used. After receiving my gift code and trying once again to get flowers for my wife (finding out I only had $5 off not the $10 that I was told), I paid extra for delivery before 1pm on the same day to be told at 6pm the flowers would not be with us for another two days.
Avoid this company at all cost! More than happy to take your money, but cannot meet any commitments in return, an absolute joke. I've used online services for flowers many times in the past and always been very pleased until I shopped with Blossoms flower delivery. Worst online business I've ever had the misfortune to order from.
I placed an order online and it was not delivered. Terrible customer service and I would not trust this company with my credit card info. Stay away!
I ordered flowers 2 days ahead of the delivery date and paid for expedited delivery so it would be delivered before 1:00. It was not delivered AT ALL that day. Their tracking program was useless! When I called about 3:00 to inquire, I was disconnected THREE times. Finally I received an automated call saying that delivery might occur before 8:00 PM. It was a business address that closed at 5:30 PM. I've requested a refund…. Let's see if that even happens.
I ordered flowers for my sick friend in the hospital, they " Attempted" a delivery. Then said he was not in the hospital! And wanted $15 more dollars! To try again! After a 3 day fiasco of badgering phone calls, dropped calls and back and forth nonsense! I paid the fee! Again! Just so they would deliver the gift, to the same exact location as before. Just now got a call again, saying they can't deliver it today…. So 4 days out, my friend who's heart had all ready stopped once! And these people are jerking me around about a return fee! These better be some beautiful flowers, but I feel more like it's all a scam! And he might not ever get them! Don't ever ever! Order from this company. Absolutely horrible experience!
I'm completely UNSATISFIED with Blossom Flower Delivery
I ordered flowers to my wife and we received a completely different flowers (received pink and white flowers instead of the Red)
I've been emailing them for 5 days and they keep replying we need more time to research. Even though Ive sent them pictures of what I ordered and what we received.
Awful customer service at this time. I'm sorry to comment here but I've got no choice to make my voice heard by the owners and managers of Blossom Flower Delivery

The only good thing to say about this company is they are great with excuses. Promised my delivery for a friend's birthday on March 21. 'Supplier had no flowers', 'supplier had no flowers', and so on committing to delivery for March 24rd, March 28th... Finally delivered March 29th. Eight days late. Thought $5 rebate would make me feel better. Not so much.
I went online to order an arrangement for my mother in law for the passing of her mother. I paid for expedited service for the following day. I waited for confirmation of delivery and received a text saying I need to pay another $38.00 dollar's for them to be delivered the next day. I agreed just so she would get them. I then waited for confirmation of delivery and then got a phone call from them saying it will be another day out for the delivery. I am beyond upset and disappointed. I don't even know why they kept delaying the delivery. I
I ordered flowers for a special friend just because I was thinking of them. I paid for same day delivery. Well actually delivery for by 1pm. Well they was never delivered that day at all. They said they tried to contact me but they did not. They said the flowers were out for delivery and never was. Next morning I call to see why they weren't delivered at all and they said they ran out of supplies but found some at another florist store but it would be 20 extra! I paid it because I wanted my friend with the flowers. I will never use these people again and I advise you not too either. Thank God it wasn't for a funeral!
Flowers were horrible, customer service is a joke. Photos are what I ordered versus what I got. They offered a 15% discount on my next order.
This company is such a pain to deal with. They don't have the flowers I ordered so they are substituting them and won't provide an image of what the new ones will look like. It is also a week past the delivery date and the flowers still haven't been delivered. Their customer service won't allow me to cancel the order. Don't do business with them.
These people are very concise in taking your order and money but thats where the courtesy stops there is no way at all to receive any kind of accurate update without calling and waiting on hold the website gives a vague "in transit" you get one email when the order is placed and the automated system hangs up on you when you click the check status option after waiting 5 hours for any kind of update or my wife rexting from work thanking me i was finally able to get a hold of someone who served me a load of BS that they were about to call me when i called then to say the order wouldnt arrive that day AFTER i was told it would be delivered that afternoon AFTER i clicked an ad for free shipping which was another lie i do not believe there was ever going to be any flowers delivered that today or any day at all
Atrocious company! This is actually SAFEWAY FLORAL! What was delivered was a hot mess of flowers arranged in a disarray, and a box with tissue. $100 down the drain! SCAM SCAM SCAM! IF I WANTED CHEAP SAFEWAY FLOWERS IF ORDER FROM THEM! AGAIN THIS IS A SCAM! AND THEY HAVE ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT RECTIFY THEIR INCOMPETENCE! FO NOT BE FOOLED! THIS IS SAFEWAY FLORAL!
I ordered my arrangement days in advance. Paid extra for early delivery. I was told my flowers would have to be substituted with a different arrangement. Hours later I was told the flowers were never delivered. All of this through email. I tried to call and email back but customer support is open Monday-Friday only. This company is a scam. This company is a total scam. Ordered my flowers 48 hours in advanced, paid my rate and expected them to be delivered.On the day of the delivery they called me and said they had an issue with their flowers and that they would cost $12 more because they had to go to a different florist. Wouldn't deliver my flowers unless I paid additional. Biggest scam out there- DO NOT USE
I called them at 10am to verify they could do a same-day delivery, which they confirmed. At 6pm, they told me they could not and offered me a ridiculous $5 discount on an $80 order. NEVER USE THESE FOLKS, SCAMMERS.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
