I ordered a premium flower arrangement with chocolate. What the person received below as less them u get in a 15 dollar bouquet at Winn Dixie and. Zero chocolates. I tried to call long hold with no answer. I then sent an email with pictures of what I ordered and picture of what was received with receipt showing I had ordered chocolate that was not received. Zero response still today...horrible experience- horrible customer service- I spent 150

Called the number. Turns out its a call center in te Phillipines. Placed order assured they could deliver the product. Website said if you ordered within a certain time got free delivery, nope sorry we have to charge for delivery.
Made order took CC 10 seconds to be billed. Hours later no receipt so I called. Talked to a different person oh sorry could not get those flowers but will give you five dollars off if you upgrade and change delivery to tomorrow.
Cancelled my order and was told it would be days before my money was returned. Asked to speak to a supervisor, they were the supervisor, asked for a business email or contact number they did not know it and could not provide it. Asked for a receipt and proof of cancellation never got it.
Hopefully I will get my money back but not counting on it.

This is the worst florist that I have ever personally encountered. First, I ordered a plant for deliver on 3/15 and it was not delivered until the next day. I called them on 3/15 to check and see what time the delivery would occur because I did not receive any confirmation. I found out after much time on the that the deliveryman had left for the day. Therefore, my delivery would not go out. This company takes along time to answer the phone. My first call was a wait of 30 plus minutes and a total of 43 minutes.
When the plant was delivered, the recipient took a picture of it and sent it to me. I was totally surprise that this was a completely different plant than I had ordered. No comparison whatsoever. I called the company and informed them of this. They wanted to see pictures so I sent them pictures. We emailed back and forth about my dissatisfaction with the plant to no avail. I felt like this was a bait and switch operation. They did not offer to send another plant; they offered a credit for 10%. When this wasn't accepted, they went up to 15%. I was informed that this was all they could do. I asked for their address because I was going to take the plant back. However, they refused to give me an address. The worker just said they are a small florist in St. Peters. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, I suggest anyone thinking about using this company review their ratings.
This place is taking more than a week prior to get back to me to refund my money! They never delivered my friends birthday flowers and kept hanging up when I called for my refund! The worst experience! Never will order from here again! Do not recommend!
I ordered through here by accident as it had the same name as our local flower shop. The website and receipt were all very similar. The flowers were never delivered and late that night I recieved a notice that they were delayed. I contacted them by email to cancel and recieved no response. I called them the following morning and couldn't get ahold of anyone. It was strange as when I called they immediately send an email saying they required me to send more money as they needed to make a profit (an additional $22 usd after I had already paid 65 USD). I replied to ask them to cancel again and no response.
I ordered a cross flower arrangement for a funeral. I paid the more expensive price for a fuller arrangement. Came out to almost $300 and I ordered a banner. They emailed me only a few days away from funeral saying that they couldn't make the cross and if I wanted to substitute. I had no choice to accept it because it was too late to order from somewhere else but I wanted to make sure it was nice and full. I was even willing to pay more. When I called them, there was no way to ensure that I would get a full arrangement or to pay more. On the day of funeral, I was horrified! So little flowers that was not worth $300 and the letters on the banner was stapled on! It looked like a 5 year old put it together. On such an important day these are one of few things you want to worry about especially since you have already placed the order and paid for it but it added more of heart break to that day. I will never use them again nor will anyone who attended the funeral (appx 500 people) and saw the arrangement.
Paid massive $ for an embarrassing bouquet and a horribly hand written note. Can't believe I got duped! Ordered a deluxe beautiful arrangement and got a bundle from grocery store. Not even one rose! Ordered from

I'd put zero stars if I could. They take your order postpone it, then deliver past prime flowers. Given the number of similar reviews on BBB I'm surprised their still open.
I was fooled into using them because of a sponsored ad, and I immediately regretted it. First of all, I could not reach anyone when I needed to discuss an order. Second, I paid for expedited delivery, and if that was attempted, I don't know - the flowers weren't delivered until the next day. Third, I reached out by phone and was promised a call back after "6 minutes" which ended up being 2+ hours, and as soon as they called and I answered, the line was disconnected. Fourth, I reached out with the virtual chat person, and the responses - which were largely unhelpful - took FOREVER. The only good thing I have to say is that the flowers were ultimately delivered, and I honestly didn't think that would happen after all of this.
I paid extra to have a plant delivered before 1 pm. I've had nothing but trouble with these people on my simple order. A plant that only requires a bow... funeral started@ 2pm and plant still isn't there. Don't waste your time or money with these people
This company should be shut down. It is fraudulent. Ordered a bouquet 3/10/23. Received confirmation it would be delivered the next day before 6 p.m. It wasn't delivered until 3/13. On 3/13 I received an e-mail that they had to substitute a flower for a flower due to unavailability. The picture of the bouquet on line was not delivered. See attached photo's. Also I ordered a Teddy Bear and that was not delivered. Then I get the BS run-around when calling and finally demand a refund. The rep tells me 15% plus cost of bear. So my $100 order that was totally messed up - they want to refund me $24.98 which I still have not received. The WORST!
Ordered funeral flowers that NEVER got delivered. They emailed me (rather than call the listed phone number) a day late and still didn't manage to deliver a day late. I paid extra to have them delivered by a certain time, and they couldn't contact me to let me know they couldn't get delivered until the following week! Never an apology either. ABSOLUTE worst service EVER!

I ordered flowers for a friend that will be having surgery. I received a text the following morning and an email stating that they were having a hard time finding supplies and someone to deliver in the area that I had requested the flowers be sent. They explain in the email that they had found someone to put the arrangement together and deliver it but that they needed an additional $15 to complete the order and we're awaiting my response. I called the number and they email and spoke with someone who told me they needed to transfer me over to the financial department to complete adding the additional $15 to the order. When I spoke with that person on the phone they stated that I would need to give them the credit card information again. To which I replied don't you already have it? Then she stated that they don't save the information and that I will give her the credit card information now. I explained to her that I ordered them from my office and that I wasn't there currently and didn't have that information on me. Then I said that I also wasn't comfortable giving the credit card information a second time. And that I wanted to cancel the order. She put me on a brief hole came back and said that my order would be canceled as I had requested. It just seemed like really shady. So then I Google and find that a lot of other people have had issues with this site. So now I'm glad that I canceled the order and I will just order from a more well known recognized flower delivery site.
Late delivery, wrong composition of flowers, wasn't even a composition, just a bunch of left overs. Service is not worth the price.
I ordered a flower bouquet for someone's 25th wedding anniversary. The Delivery Date was specific to this occasion. This Blossom Flower delivery calls very late in the afternoon saying the delivery can not be made and will be delivered three days later! Totally UNACCEPTABLE. When I asked for immediate credit back to my credit card, I was told the customer service is closed during the weekend!
A wonderful friend lost her mother, and I wanted to send some flowers since I'm hundreds of miles away, so I purchased flowers from Blossom Flower Delivery AND paid extra to guarantee delivery in time for the funeral.
The morning of the funeral, they texted, called me, and emailed me asking for $10 more, saying they didn't get their delivery of flowers and that they need to have a vendor make the flowers. Can you believe this, the morning of the funeral!
I paid the $10 (which I felt forced because it was the morning of the funeral. I asked them to send me a picture of the flowers, so I know my friend got them, and they said they would.
The next day after the funeral, I emailed to ask for the photo, no response. Then they emailed me back a few days later, saying they are working on getting me the photo. Then, they emailed and said the flowers were NEVER delivered. They didn't even have the decency to tell me that nor refund my credit card. Had I not asked for the photos, I would have never known they took my money and didn't deliver the flowers.
I'm still awaiting a credit back to my cards, and I will NEVER use them, and I recommend you don't either; what a scam! Horrible to teach people like this when they are going through a tough time in their life.
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I ordered the Champagne bouquet and they had emailed me saying they had to make a SLIGHT adjustment and was going to make it "more beautiful", my friend had received the flowers and sent me a picture and it was NOT AT ALL similar to what I had ordered. She got daises and 4 carnations. I can literally go outside and pick daisies out of the ground if that's what i wanted, the bouquet looked like it was $10.00 on the sale rack from Loblaws. I then contacted support and she said i would get a 10% refund, a whole $12.00, thanks for paying for my next mcdonalds order!
This is hands down the worst place i have ever done business with, i am not one to complain as i understand things can happen but this is unacceptable.
I wish nothing but for this business to shut down.

I ordered online a flower arrangement early morning on 2/22 from Blossom Flowers to deliver that same afternoon to my Grandmother for her birthday. I received a phone call at 4:37pm on 2/22 that same day that they were not able to deliver my flowers because their supplier ran out of stock of a specific flower, and they asked if a substitute would be ok, and they could deliver the next day. I was very upset and shared my displeasure and informed them to cancel my order as you don't call at the end of the day after the flowers should have already been delivered to ask if it would be ok to substitute the flowers. I then hung up an received an email from them stating the same thing. I replied to the email requesting cancelation of my order and to refund my money and please to send me confirmation. I did not receive a response and then on 2/27 received another email from them asking me the same request to substitute their flower arrangement and they could deliver on the 27th which was 5 days later. I again requested cancelation and a refund and once again no response. I had to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge. They seem to be very sketchy and certainty unethical.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
