I ordered an 80 dollar arrangement for my anniversary. Not only did they not deliver on time, when they finally delivered two days later, it was a house plant. No flowers to be found. Their customer service offered me a paltry 20% refund for their colossal failure. When I said that was inadequate, they hung up and ceased any communication. Use someone else, they're not worth your time.
The egregious behavior of this "company" is simply astounding. Complete liars. Stay far, far away from them and save your money. They lead you on for about a week, then just disappear with your money.
Ordered on Saturday, two days before the funeral. Ordered the most expensive flowers for a woman who gave her life to our family for 60 years. They were so sympathetic that it was almost unbelievable. And now i know why. They offered everything - prompt, early delivery, added blooms on the flower display, full guarantees, for refunds if unsatisfied…and on and on. Comes he day of the Visitation and Funeral….nothing arrives! When I found out the day fo the Funeral, etc., that nothing had arrived, I was unable to reach anyone. After waiting an hour to have them pick up the phone ….(due to their onslaught of calls….no doubt from angry customers, they answered). They immediately said, "where an we re-send the flowers? I said, the 90-year old woman is in the cemetery now…she has no home. They said well where should we send it. The kept repeating that and i said, she has no home, the funeral is over, she's in the cemetery, etc. So they said, 'so you want to cancel?" I said I m not cancelling ….you failed to deliver the item. And this went back and forth. After, I looked up the cancellation policy and if the customer cancels, there's no refund or remuneration to be had. So I said, I m not cancelling. This company is a fraud and it's a shame that they are operating anywhere. Please share the word and protect your friends. I will go to my bank who I'm sure will remove the charge from my bank account. AVOID this company, they are NOT LEGITIMATE. And Spread the word about this SHAM!
There is a reason this company has only a ONE STAR rating! This is what I ordered vs what I got. I've been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for customer service. I paid $125 for flowers that are half dead!
I paid $90 for a bouquet that was never delivered. After being on hold for 30 minutes I was able to get though to a customer service rep that assured me my order would be delivered. They never were. I will be reporting this company to the FTC as they are appearing like a scam website.
Do Not Use! I ordered The Thinking of You Lovely Bouquet with lavender roses, snapdragons and other premium flowers. I even paid extra for a deluxe size for $81.43. They sent my recipient ALL CARNATIONS. No other flowers, just CARNATIONS. They had the audacity to offer me a 10% refund. I was so embarrassed. They have no dignity or shame, horrifying customer service. SCAM!
I highly suggest you not order from Blossom Flower Delivery. In following up on an order, I received an automatically generated message that the flower delivery was "delayed". Since the anniversary was on a specific date, delayed flowers are not an option. Then I received an email stating that they had not received their deliveries, they opted to use another florist and that I would need to pay an additional $58. Total scam. DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY.

Delivery was a complete disaster. Delivered wrong order- wrong recipient from the wrong address and wrong person! Called and told me they delivered- co worker declined because it was her name or delivery. They are calling the delivery person to find out and they called my co worker to see if she received anything so much for a surprise- the only surprise is they charged me and it's going to take them 24 - 48 hours to figure out there delivery issue. How embarrassing for me and not an apology just a email saying they have a ticket open. Very DISAPPOINTING
Delivery driver lied and said that he tried to deliver the flowers I ordered for my wife on Valentine's Day and she refused the delivery...one big problem with his story, my wife kept thevoicemail message of him saying that he would not be able to make the delivery. I called the company the next day to cancel the order and request a refund. The company refused due to the cost of the flowers and the driver's attempt to deliver, even after I explained the evidence of the driver's lie, they srill refused.
Ordered for Valentine's Day, that showed up 6 days later. Called to say they would refund my money. Then decided ( on their own) to deliver flowers on the 20 th. Not 15 th or 16 th when I emailed, but after a refund was agreed upon. Then they decided I would get a 10 dollar refund, because I work 0645 to 1940 and could not take a call. THE ARROGANCE OF THERE PEOPLE WAS ASTOUNDING. Never an apology…. Ever. They botched the written card so bad, that they put? Through out the messages. It was as if he/ she was attempting to remember off of there head how it read. But you could barely even read it. This place just is the absolute worst place for something important. Maybe a potted plant or artificial plant that you will pick up your self. It makes sense this is a family owned business. No corporation would run a business like this.
I was surprising my sister who is recovering from Cancer. I paid the expedited fee and gave a tip. My order was not delivered I called from 11am to 8pm for update was told it was out for delivery. After 8pm then I was told the driver did not deliver and they don't know why. It was my sister birthday today not tomorrow I'm truly sadden and disappointed wishing I knew the delivery was not going to get delivered. I could have sent something else from a better company. No one called. Now I don't know when I will get my money back. Do not order from The Blossom site.

I can't even describe in words the aggravation! I ordered my Flowers over a month in advance for Valintines day, Paid their extra fee for expedited shipping. Valentine comes around and they aren't there! It even says they are their on the site! I had to re order them for 2 days later! I couldn't get a hold of customer service and it totally ruined the surprise! To my girlfriend it looked like I just forgot. Custom service sends me like an email a week! We finally talk about the situation and they say they can give me $5 back because they didn't expedite it! They will not give me a refund and they didn't delivery flowers on time or even notify me! In fact their website lied to me. They suck! Their customer service sucks!
I can't believe I'm even having to write this. They did not deliver the flowers on the original date and then promised me next day delivery instead. The next day comes and goes with no updates from them and no delivery. Then they call me on Day 3 and offer to deliver of Day 4, if I waive my right to a refund even if they don't deliver. I had to have them repeat that last part multiple times because I couldn't even believe they were saying that. Obviously, I cancelled immediately. I'll be filing a fraud claim with my credit card if I don't receive the refund.
Placed an order and paid extra for early delivery by 1pm. Got a call confirming delivery address the morning of the delivery. I called when it didn't deliver by 1pm and they said it would be there end of day. 6:30pm they called and said the address was outside of their delivery zone. Their sponsored ad claimed to be the "#1 florist" in the area. What a joke. Poor customer service. There are so many options out there for flower delivery… pick another company if you want your flowers to arrive… this company is laughable.
They canceled mine stupidly on some whim of their own. Very impolite support. I recommend you never use this service.
I needed to order flowers quickly and didn't research Blossom prior to ordering. Big mistake. First, I was contacted via voicemail and email that my selection was not available and that approval was needed to substitute the selection. Fine. I emailed approval. When the flowers were not delivered by the promised timeframe, I called their CS line. I was offered a $5.00 coupon on a future order and told that the next delivery timeframe would be two days later ("no deliveries on Sunday"). While on hold, I read some very negative reviews and kicked myself that I didn't spent two minutes to research prior to purchase. I got off the phone as quickly as possible and used their online portal (speaking on the phone with the rep was torture) to cancel the order outright.
One minute later my phone rang and my Caller ID displayed that my local hospital was calling. I answered to see what these jokers wanted now and the rep wanted to make sure I didn't want the awesome coupon offer instead of cancelling. I demanded cancellation and received an email confirmation of such which I will use as evidence with my cc company should it come to that. Blossom spoofs phone numbers, don't deliver as advertised, and currently have an 'F' rating on BBB. Take heed!

Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.

Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
