This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT get flowers from them. I ordered my flowers early, gave them two working numbers and precise delivery information, and not only did they not provide the arrangement add-ons (I mean, seriously what florist in the US does not keep mylar balloons that say Happy Birthday) that I asked for. They asked for a 'working number' by 'urgent' email, to which I promptly replied and gave them the same numbers I had originally provided. I sent this email twice for good measure. Then my 85 year old terminally ill father had to call the company to ask where the flowers were, from his WORKING phone (the number I had provided) to give them the number I originally gave them (HIS number and the recipient's number), because they said they did not have a working number. THEN they did not even deliver the flowers after these multiple attempts to give them the correct numbers, WHICH they already had been provided on multiple attempts, so the day after the recipient's birthday, I did not need the flowers/chocolates any more so I called to get a refund and they said 'we need to investigate the issue' and hung up on me! SERIOUSLY?!?!? This place is horrible. DO not order from them unless you just want to dump your $100 in the toilet. And no, I cannot post a photo of the arrangement because as I mentioned, it was never received...** Update** after I called them yesterday to cancel the order to get a refund, apparently their 'research' regarding the refund was not research but to call the local florist and have them not only deliver the items after I cancelled but I specifically told them to give the items directly to the recipient because my Dad lives in a building where people steal anything left in a public area. They did receive them but that is actually not good because they were late (after birthday) and the item had been cancelled and a refund requested. I'm sorry the florist screwed up but that is not my problem.
If you want your flowers delivered on the day you ask and pay for! Use a different service! Beware!
Horrible company with horrible employees. Called me on my wife's birthday at the time they were supposed to have delivered the flowers to tell me that they would not be delivering the flowers and offered no solution or alternative.
They're solution was to deliver the spray the following day... AFTER the funeral took place... very helpful customer service. Thanks.
No flowers delivered and over 300$ taken on my credit card. The flowers were suppose to cost me 120$
Do not deal with these people. They send you updates... ignore them. They won't deliver your flowers and they will take more money off your credit card.
They will confrim and invoice for one price, but on the day of delivery they try to get additional funds to not delay delivery. Total scam.
Last year I learned of Blossom Flowers and for my mother in law's birthday ordered flowers for her in Wallace NC. The order didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, and I was compensated for the delay in the delivery by receiving a discounted cost for the flowers. Over a year later, I opted to try the company again, except this time is was a fiasco. I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day on 2/13/23 for a 2/14/23 delivery. On Valentine's Day i attempted calling the company at the end of the day, once I knew the flowers likely wouldn't be delivered. I have either called or emailed costumer service for the last five days, and still have not received or resolved the delivery of the flowers, and it's been over 5 days now. To date on 2/19/23, I have no flowers and the money I spent, $119.00+ has still not been refunded. DO NOT USE BLOSSOM FLOWERS. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE. DC ATTORNEYS OFFICE IN HOPES THEY WILL BE RESTRICTED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. No one should be treated like this and certainly no one should have to wait for a resolution for in excess of 5 days to settle this matter
Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. I was assured that they would be delivered to my wifes job before 3pm. They were delivered after 8pm and no one is at the job to receive them. When she get's them the next day. It is a totally different arrangement with chocolates and no 3 balloons that also ordered. I have places two tickets and get the run around on the phone. Will not recommend and will not purchase from again. Waste of time and money. You WILL be disappointed. I ordered flowers on the left, flowers on right was sent.
If I could leave zero stars I would. First I was told they would deliver it to her work place on the 13th when I placed it on the 12th, then I get a text saying they can't deliver it. They said they would deliver it to my doorstep on the 14th. They never showed up. Now it's the 17th and still have nothing. Called a bunch of times and they put you on hold with 3 different people who all ask the same questions even with the order number. What's your address? What's your phone number? What's the recepients number? What's your name? What's her name? Pressed 2 to get a call back. Still no call back 3 days later. Bunch of foreigners. Stay away from this "business"!
My boyfriend paid $135 for a $30 bouquet (at best) to be delivered 2 days after Valentine's Day. I would not recommend to anyone. Terrible product, price and customer service.
2 days and no delivery. The update in website is horrible. They kept telling me they were having no success contacting driver. I should have purchased with 1800flowers. They don't even deserve a Zero rating. I give it the finger rating.

Flowers were ordered from this flower shop for Valentines Day. Despite using the delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but I have yet to receive the gift from this company. I made several separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. They were quick to rush me off the phone with no real explanation other than they were short on drivers so they sent an email to the buyer that I would receive the order on the 15th. On February 15th I made 3 calls to customer service because the order was still not here and I was told they reached out to the driver and was waiting back to hear from them and would notify me with an update. I never received an update and around 8pm I checked the order and it was marked as "delivered." I never received anything so of course I called customer service and they said they would investigate this and reach out to the buyer to make a redelivery attempt. I DO NOT WANT anything from this company but for the guy who bought the gift to get his money back! Thanks for ruining Valentines! I would never trust this company with a special occasion!
The company should adjust their system to let people track where their order is they should have a photo proof picture taken to insure it was actually delivered and they should be more involved with the drivers who's delivering people's orders.
I ordered a pricey bouquet for friends who live out of town. They had two immediate family members die within 5 days of each other and we wanted to show them our support and love. The flowers just never got delivered. It is so embarrassing to have to call and ask if they had received them. The company gave some vague and untrue explanation that they had difficulty delivering when I know someone was home at all times. I wouldn't have known and been charged if I hadn't followed up so BEWARE!
I just purchased $200 worth of flowers for Valentine's Day and they came in almost 2 days late and at 6pm. I sent numerous emails stating that I wanted to cancel the order and get my refund. They never got back to me and sent my flowers in the evening. I called customer service and they said they never received any emails and after 20 min, they said oh yeah we got your email. They only offered me $10 of a refund. That's not enough and aside from that, the flower smell bad and they dried out bad. Don't ever order from them, they're cheap people and do not care for their customers. They're also rude!
I ordered an arrangement for my GF for valentines day and they delivered a day and a half late and what arrived looked nothing like the picture. Instead of a beautiful modern arrangement she was sent something that looked like funeral flowers. I filed a complaint with their customer service and they offered me a 10% discount instead of a full refund. Do not do business with these crooks!
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, even going above and beyond to add a generous tip. Only to receive an email at 4:30 that the order wouldn't be delivered on Valentine's Day. To make matters worse the office was closed, so I wasn't able to speak to anyone about this. Please avoid this company, and spend your money elsewhere.
I ordered flowers and a bear for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day it said it was going $102 for the flowers and delivery my girlfriend got the flowers a day late and I got charged $140 for the flowers and when I finally got to talk to the customer service guy all he said was oh my bad I'll change that and haven't heard back from him since don't use this company it's a complete scam
This has to be one of the worst flower companies out there. They are glad to answer your phone call if you are spending money. The customer service side does not exist. Had a delivery scheduled for a two day window date (per their web site). Received an email on second day stating it would not be delivered until the third day (after event). Waited on the phone for 1 hour and 10 minutes and was then sent to a mailbox to leave message. Was able to go online and cancel the order and received a cancellation notice. Then received an email on third day stating I couldn't cancel because the flowers were out for delivery. I responded that I canceled the day before and no one would respond. Waited on phone for 40 minutes and was hung up on when I was 1st in line. I've been upset with other companies and never wrote a review. I just felt others should be warned that this company does not care and will refuse to speak with you after they have taken your money. Wished I would have done more research before ordering from this company. It appears others have felt the same way about this company. Definitely a buyer beware company. I would have given 0 stars, but unfortunately it would not allow it. Don't spend your money with this company!
Complete bogus company. Made an order. Two days later the flowers still didn't show up. Goodluck getting your money back also. They constantly hang up when you call them. Just scammers after your money
Terrible and RUDE customer service. Will NOT help you with late orders. Will not refund. Don't get what you order. ORDER from ANY OTHER PLACE and it has to be better than this one. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
