I ordered a dozen roses on valentines day. Half pink and half red but they only gave 8 flowers and ordered a teddy worth 50 bucks but the teddy they gave is not even 5 bucks. They gave a key chain teddy. Aweful. Never ordering again from this place. Total garbage.
This company took an order to deliver roses Valentine's Day and never did. Sent a text at 5:30 pm saying they were short drivers and could not deliver on time but would deliver asap. Today they called and said the only way they could deliver the roses was if I paid another $25. I told them they were the worst flower company I have ever dealt with and cancelled the order. I called their customer service number and held on what they said would be a 4 minute wait, over 30 minutes later they hung up on me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Never received the flowers I order five days ago. Called blossom flowers was on hold for over 40 mins, the girl that finally picked up hung up, called them back and was on hold for over an hour so I gave up and decide to just call them early next morning. I told the guy that answer I wanted a refund, he argue that the flowers are already made and I won't be getting a refund. Well, bullsh*t I am, who orders valentines flowers for the day after. If you can't handle the job don't take it. Horrible experience! I will not be ordering flowers from here ever again, I encourage you not to order from here.
Worst service ever. I fell for the top listing ad and got used. I will go back to only ordering from local independent businesses.
This has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had! Furthermore the flowers I ordered came extremely late after I was promised on the phone they would be delivered within a 4 hour window. Now my wife was upset and thought I forgot about her on this day. After 7 plus hours of trying to get ahold of someone, arguing with these a$$ clown$. Getting hung up on and disconnected. But if you call the number to place an order they are right there. If you call and ask for a refund you're on hold for close to an hour and then it gets disconnected. I made them earn the over priced flowers. It was almost worth the $200 for me because the entertainment. They ruined my day I took off from work now I'm going to ruin theirs. Upon researching I came across this review page and realized yes way over priced! It's a scam worse than listening to a used car salesman. I don't even think have these women have citizenship. Or they are running a front for a rub and tug massage pallor. ANY ONE WHO READS THIS JUST GO TO THE LOCAL STORE EVEN THE BIG BOX STORES AND BUY THE BEST ONE YOU CAN FIND. You will save yourself $170 and they might last longer too. My order looks like it will die in 2 days. Flowers look like something they picked up at Walmart and put them in a cheep dollar store water pitcher and filled it with toilet water. These have a really funky stench to them. These look nothing like the picture. I am sure these lack of skilled customer service agents get yelled and threatened all the time for ripping off hard working Americans. Such a shame to run a scam like this and get away with it! I think the only reason I got my delivery 7 hours later is because I harassed them for a good part of 8 hours straight. Ruin my day I will ruin yours!
I want to start by saying I'm writing this review while angry but I indeed mean every word of it. This has to be the absolute worst flower delivery service in the continental U.S. I place an order for Valentines Day to be delivered to a school. I contacted the company directly to ensure the flowers would be delivered before the school closed and was assured that they'd be there by 1600 CST, no questions asked. Not a maybe, not a "we are super swamped and we will try, a definitive yes." Fast forward to day of Valentine's Day; 1600 rolls around, no flowers, 1700…again, no flowers. I again contact the company who "attempts to contact the delivery driver" and surprisingly are unable to do so (shocker). Their resolution was that they could get it out for delivery tomorrow…I didn't pay for day after Valentine's Day flowers, I paid for day of Valentine's Day flowers. What a joke. If you're looking to get that special someone in your life flowers for ANY occasion, I beg of you, please seek them out elsewhere. This company is in no position to handle any significant business if they aren't prepared for the single busiest flower buying day of the year.

I ordered the Secret Garden flowering plant for our daughter-in-law who had a baby girl. The sales person told us the arrangement would contain pink African violets, pink flowering kalanchoe, palm leaves, and ivy. Instead of a basket full of beautiful pink flowering plants they received a little bowl with tall green plants (see attached photo). None of the plants we had purchased were in that bowl and there were no flowers.
I contacted blossom flower delivery to ask why we didn't receive what we ordered. They said they had to make substitutions and I should check their substitution policy. It said "we may at times need to substitute flowers and plants with equal value considering the look, feel, and vibe of the arrangement… by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations". I realize that supply issues may force substitutions, but it could never be said that the two plants shared a common look, feel or vibe, and they certainly are not of equal style or color. They clearly disregarded their own substitution policy. My total cost for the plant was $105. They offered a $7.49 rebate.
Their product was not the only problem I had with them. While their website said we would get same day delivery, we had to except 3 day delivery. They promised me tracking information which I never received and they promised that the driver would send me a picture of the plant when it was delivered. I did not receive a photo. In fact, when I called to complain about the plant the company asked me for a picture! And I had already tipped that driver before he made the delivery.
The business practices of Blossom Flower Delivery are unethical and their product bore no resemblance to what we paid for. I caution everyone against using their services.
I bought flowers and what came to my home wasn't even a dozen flowers. The flowers looked horrible, it wasn't what I ordered at all. I was so disappointed at what they delivered. I will post a pic of what I bought and what was delivered. It didn't look close to what I ordered
DON'T USE BLOSSOM FLOWERS! They failed to deliver on the agreed upon delivery date and think a $10 refund on a $270 purchase is appropriate!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wished I had read the reviews before ordering! My son and I ordered the "Loving Harmony - Deluxe" more than a week before Valentine's Day for his girlfriend and paid $138. The Loving Harmony is a beautiful bouquet of roses and lilies. Someone knocked on my door tonight and ran to their car leaving a small vase of carnations and yellow pom poms! My 17 year old son works very hard for his money just as I do and this was absolutely ridiculous! He went to Kroger and bought a beautiful arrangement for $25 that looked so much nicer. I called this company and sent an email letting them know what a joke the flowers were. They offered me a 10% refund and I was still so furious that they offered me a 30% refund! They wanted my card number to add the 30% back to my card but I do not trust these people! It is so sad that there are people like this in the world that take advantage of innocent people! The pictures below show what I received verses what I ordered!
As title states, the delivered flowers were laughable compared to the photo I ordered. I can't login to my account to leave a review, since GM they probably only want good reviews, and their customer service is closed over the weekend. Order from someone else.
I wish I could give this company negative stars. They took my credit card then said they were changing my order and the flowers were never delivered. This is absolutely the WORST company EVER.
Stay far away from this company unless you like to get ripped off. The customer service is horrible at best.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they returned my money. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and any and all social media websites.
Took my money but never delivered. Contacted customer service who told me they would contact their delivery team and check it out. That was the last I heard from them.
Purchased flowers for my wife's birthday. They could not deliver them so I cancelled the order. They said the refund would take 2-6 days...it's been three weeks. They claim to have made the refund...my bank assures me that nothing has been returned to me. Stay away from this outfit.
Terrible. Expensive. Not dependable. Terrible communication with customer support. Flowers arrived 4 days late.
The customer service is awful and the product is 'meh'. My order took over a week to be delivered and they told me day after day that I should be assured it would be delivered that day. Over a week late. I called to cancel and they refused to do so, each time telling me the delivery was out already (even though that was on a Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday. Product was order the previous Wednesday and did not arrive until the following Friday. When it arrived the vase was shattered and when I reported it broken they wanted me to call to discuss, instead of just a partial refund or full. I even sent a photo. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Sympathy flowers meant to be delivered same day never arrived now they're sending dodgy emails saying it'll be a week late - when trying to cancel and get a refund there's no answer. Avoid at all costs, shame on these people.
NEVER in my life I'll buy flowers in this place. They delivered it one day late because of staff shortage, or they said that. They ask me $15.00 more to deliver the flowers the next day and when they did it, they delivered an arrangement that looks totally different from the one I chose and pay, it looks cheaper because it has other flowers and less amount of them. I'm furious, I feel like betrayed.
Horrible customer service. I ordered these sympathy flowers for someone and it was not even close to what is shown in their pictures. I understand it will not be exact or even as full but this is bad. They couldn't even get the names on the card right! I am very embarassed about this and they were not concerned and did not fix this by any means. They sent an email stating "We are terribly sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the 20% refund we offered. Unfortunately, that is the maximum we can offer for this order since this was delivered and was filled to value."
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
