I ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered that day for a special occasion. They did not deliver that day, and did not notify me until 11 pm via email. I found out they were low on supply, and could not deliver until Monday. Again, they were not able to deliver on Monday and did not notify me until 11pm via email. My friend has still not received her flowers. They offered 10 dollars off my next order. There will NEVER be a next order. I should've read reviews. I'm incredibly disappointed and will never deliver from here again.
I ordered a large flower arrangement for a funeral standing spray. The price was $164.99. They charged me extra $16.98 shipping, extra $5.99 delivery fee, an Extra $5.00 tip, extra $4.99 handling fee. I was very surprised when I received my credit card statement, the $197.95 become $277.13 They charged in USD amount, but they never said so, I was not expecting that. They also said would send me a picture of the arrangement when ready, when I call back to remind them of the photo, they said they do not have the ability to do that, but they said YES so they would sell the product. I paid $277.00 Canadian dollars, and never saw the product, so I don't even know if at least the arrangement was beautiful or not.
I ordered for a friends husbands funeral, ordered to the widows home. After placing order they said they could not deliver on the day but promised an even nicer arrangement to compensate, big lie! They delivered flowers that looked like they were picked off of the neighbor bush and stuck in a vase. I was so embarrassed and mortified when I saw what they sent. The only offered me a 30 percent refund, but I told them I wanted a full refund. They refused. They are a scam, never order from them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Many things went wrong with a simple order request.
1. The flowers were not delivered on the day of birthday even when ordered with plenty of time to spare.
2. Customer service rep LIED to me about changing the delivery to the next day. When I called, another customer service rep said it was not true. Even though the transcripts clearly show they stated the delivery would happen.
3. The next day saw a ate delivery with no knock on the front door or doorbell to showcase they delivered the flowers--because the vase they delivered it in was broken. So, they KNEW they delivered a broken vase and did not replace it nor change it out for a new one. The lazy folks just said..."you deserve a broken vase". The vase was thin and cheap as hell by the way.
4. The broken vase in the box cut my Aunt's hand. Luckily, she does not need stitches, or we litigations would have occurred.
5. There was no card. I had wrote a Happy Birthday card.even though it was late. But the lazy folks didn't even bother to include it in the delivery.
6. The flower arrangement was smaller than it should have been, as customer service assured to make up for the lateness, they would increase the size of the arrangement.
7. The flowers were wilted and drooped over like lifeless bodies. They delivered dead flowers!
When asking for refund after all of this information and knowing the broken vase cut my Aunt's hand, was late and the flowers were dead. They only offered me a 50% refund and a $10 coupon. I'm not ordering from those thieves again. Why would I want a coupon?

Ordered my flowers two days in advance, and they said they were able to deliver no problem. I get a call the day of saying they do not have the flowers I ordered in stock, but they can send my order to a partnered florist but will need me to pay additional $30 as compensation for them to be able to. AND, my order will be delivered one day late. I would have had to pay an additional $60, but they were oh so kind enough to cover half of it...They only way I could get an order for the price I originally payed would be delivered on Friday, two days after my Mothers birthday. After reading these reviews, I'm realizing I should have just canceled my order and I'm scared of what my mom will actually be receiving. I got a coupon $10 though. Thanks.
So my boyfriend tried to order an arrangement for me as a gift for my first day back to classes, paid for the expedited shipping and everything. I had NO idea about the gift (keep this in mind) I was told yesterday my "surprise" was coming. NOTHING. So he called and they said it was delayed until today before 6pm. It is 7:21pm as i am writing this. They did not give him a refund for the shipping costs first off. So today, again, nothing is delivered, BUT now it says "hand delivered" like what? I was home all day and nothing came? It wasn't anywhere outside. So my boyfriend calls multiple times and each time it is another excuse. First it is "our delivery driver is not answering" then its "this is a hard job sorry" and on and on and on like what? Keep in mind I still did not know what the gift was, and it was explained to the lady who THEN called me (my boyfriend was talking to her as well) that it was a surprise. SHE THEN CALLS ME AND ASKS ME IF IF I HAD GOTTEN ANY FLOWERS TODAY. Like, really? You can't believe the person who ordered from you? I got the surprise completely ruined, and ZERO flowers came to my house. My boyfriend is doing a chargeback as we speak. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They literally don't know how to run a company. Let these bad reviews speak for themselves.
I tried ordering my 18 year old grandson balloons for his birthday. I thought I was ordering from a local flower shop but somehow I guess the order went through Bloosom Flower Delivery. I gave my information and the check order came up as $30. Additional dollars so I went no further to the final checkout. My grandson ends up getting a bouquet of flowers with no card. Almost two months later I get a charge for $70. I called the Blossom number and she wanted to give me a ten percent off next purchase,but I needed to send a picture of the flowers whick he of course didn't have a picture since he got rid of them. No card, receipt or anything. Needless to say, beware of ordering online. I will make sure to only order on the phone.
I ordered 2 bouquets from blossom flower in Sedalia. They called to verify the order. The flowers did not show up on the delivery date. I tried a number of time to contact them, but failed to do so.
Brooke's florist in Knob Noster contacted me and told me that they had received an order from the people at blossom flower for the bouquets. So the flowers came from Brooke's and were delivered by Brooke's, and would have cost less if I had ordered directly from them. In other words, blossom basically is just a middle man that takes more of your money.
I wish that I had taken the time to research reviews on this company prior to placing my order. Unfortunately I did not, and I fell for the same scam as many other reviewers, here on Yelp.
Blossom Flower Delivery did not deliver the arrangement that I ordered for my mother (even after paying an extra fee for expedited delivery) and then called to reschedule delivery for a different day. On the day they were supposed to be delivered, they called asking me to make an additional $25 payment to complete my order.
Blossom Flower Delivery is a fraudulent website, you will not receive what you paid for, and the likelihood of seeing a refund is not great.
Not only did the flowers arrive late, they looked absolutely nothing like the image on the website. Wrong color, random nonsensical hydrangeas thrown in the middle. They were supposed to be 3 dozen variegated roses. We got 3 dozen old, yellow and a few strange peach colored roses.
This website is a Sham.
The delivery came broken. The order looked as if they threw it in the box and the glass vase had no wrapping to protect it and the vase was broken in pieces. What a horrible example of customer service. Don't waste good money here. Sorely disappointed.
Ordered flowers online for delivery.

Third time they rescheduled, it was for a week later.
So 3 weeks to send flowers?
I cancelled the order.
It took them 6 days to issue the refund which was less than I paid because of exchange rate.

They are NOT a florist but out source to local florist. On their website I picked out a $70 arrangement to be delivered for a friend's birthday. She sent me a picture thanking me. What she got was a $25 arrangement with cheap flowers and fillers. It was not at all what I picked out or worth $70!
I emailed photos of what I ordered and what was received and was told they would do an investigation and call me. They did call back and offered me 10% back- I said I wanted it made right, I ordered a $70 arrangement and got a $25 one. She then said 20% was the best they can do as the arrangement arrived on time, fresh and beautiful. I told her I wasn't disputing that but the value of what I paid vs what she got. She said 20% was all she can do because it arrived on time, fresh and beautiful…
Buyer Be Aware- if you order flowers have your recipients take a photo! This is a Bait and Switch company with poor customer service that is ripping people off! All I wanted was the flowers I ordered off their website not 20% back- 20% doesn't cover the missing flowers that weren't in the arrangement to begin with! Stay far, far away!
Because of the delay only 4* Stars. Everything else was good. I would order here again in the future.
This is a scam. The worst customer service. They lie about delivery. I am awaiting my refund, and sadly my sick friend is awaiting her flowers. They should not be in business.
Purchased a sympathy bouquet for a dear friend. The bouquet took 5 days to be delivered and 2 day delivery was purchased. The bouquet was changed "due to inventory" however I was never consulted on the new arrangement. The original bouquet had roses and Lillie's. This was replaced with carnations. No discount was given. When customer service was contacted they repeatedly asked me to send a picture of the received bouquet. This was a sympathy bouquet and I had to ask the recipient to send a photo of the flowers that were delivered. I have contacted my credit card company to investigate this as fraud.
The card was also filled out incorrectly listing only my name and not the name of the group who purchased the flowers (I compared the order form to assure it was not an error on my part). This has been the worst experience with a flower delivery service I have ever had from the delay, to the lack of communication to the incorrect bouquet and card.
Customer service does not exist & platform to reach them is useless. Order not delivered by due date.
They are not an actual florist. They are a third party business that pockets majority of your money. They dont have "designers". They solicit small businesses to fill their orders. They are sharing your credit card info and not filling your orders. You do NOT get what you pay for. SHOP LOCAL ONLY!
My experience is a reflection of all others. I too, thought I was contacting a local company. It's apparently rigged to come up on line this way. I ordered an $89 fresh cut deluxe bouquet for same day delivery. Total charge $120.96. Flowers ordered were not delivered. The next day after 4pm, a "potted orchid" was delivered to my brother in rehab. I was not contacted in regards to the substitution, or given the option to make a substitution choice myself. All the same excuses- supply chain issues, they fulfilled the order, their substitution was "an upgrade". A JOKE. A BLATANT LIE. My local grocery store sells the EXACT SAME plant all day long for $19.98, and I still would not have purchased this. 4 emails and 4 calls to them. 2 of the calls resulted in being put on hold to "see what they could do", then disconnected. Last email from them "We appreciate your understanding on this matter". "We treasure your valued business". And, "They will close this ticket for now" and instructed me to reply to their email "once I have changed my mind to accept a 20% discount" on a site that states "100% Satisfaction Guarantee ". BTW, I placed the order with Sunny Flowers, and Blossom billed for them. "Customer rep" stated they were the SAME company, so they have doubled up on their chances to receive orders and scam. I have filed a charge dispute claim with my credit card provider. In the mean time- Cause and effect, Karma is a b****. Hopefully Karma will include criminal fraud charges.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
