Just revisiting a terrible experience with eflorist. Unfortunately, there is not a no star selection. I'm in Australia and my 92-year-old mother in Milton Keynes UK had a serious fall and was taken to hospital. I ordered flowers not knowing hospitals were not accepting deliveries at the time! Eflorist would have known that, but when i sought my money back I was told it was between me and the courier. In other words they were simply not interested in negotiating my complaint. Shame on you, never again!
My elderly 82 YO mom tried to call ************* in ******, *****. When she looked up their phone number on her iPhone for ****** Florist, she was deceivingly shown a pop-up phone number of *************. The person on the phone repeatedly told her,when she asked, that they were ****** Florist. In retrospect,they were Blossom Flower Delivery. The person on the phone spoke with a very heavy, possibly, Persian accent.She went ahead and ordered a funeral large spray for my 1st cousin's funeral for ****** to arrive on the 21st of December at 3:00. They called the morning of the 21st to tell her they would have to substitute it for something else; that they did not have the flowers to fulfill the original order. Then they called a few hours later and said they would not be able to deliver it at 3:00; that it would be delivered by 6-8, which was past the service that was to be held between 3:00-6:00 that evening. After multiple calls to the funeral home, they never received the flowers.After multiple phone calls to the "company" to try and get a refund, they would just send you on a constant,never-ending hold loop telling me they would send me to someone that would help me and explain what happened. I was hung up on twice after waiting for no less than 40 minutes each time. The recording while you are on hold says something like this: "You are caller number 23. Your wait time is 15 seconds." It is always 15 seconds no matter what caller number you are. I looked at the reviews after my mother was scammed, and they are TERRIBLE! It is literally one complaint after another, non-ending. Our poor reputable local florists are getting ripped off by this company by intervening their phone number and stating fraudulently that they are the florist you are in fact trying to reach in the first place. They need to be investigated and SHUT DOWN! The reviews are hidden so that poor unsuspecting people are scammed into thinking this is a reputable company. They lie and deceive. I have reported them to the Attorney General, BBB, and other review sites. Everyone needs to stay on this fraudulent "business" to shut them down!
Seriously don't order here- I wish I read the other reviews. I tried to call and cancel right after I placed my order and was told too late it's out for delivery… how fast do they make these? Liars
I had ordered a small but very expensive birthday arrangement for my wife who is is currently working in another city. I chose blossom because my normal flower delivery company doesn't work in that city. The arrangement arrived on the day that was requested, it was the correct arrangement, but Blossom indicated that the delivery was complete hours before it was actually delivered. My primary complaint is the mis-reporting of delivery. When I was told they had been delivered I called my wife to wish her a happy birthday and hoped that she enjoyed the flowers. What flowers? She hadn't received any. It then took several minutes and three attempts to contact Blossom. I was placed in a phone queue each time and the first two times I was disconnected as the operator finally picked up. The third time they were able to contact the florist and stated that it was typical to mis-report delivery. I have since received several emails and a phone call from the company stating that the flowers had been delivered. Yes. I know. At 5pm. Not at 2pm as initially indicated which led to me blowing the surprise. Thanks. The next time I spend my money on a floral delivery it won't be with blossom. I am not submitting my proof of purchase because I don't share personal info. This is just a caveat emptor. If you do business with Blossom I hope it works out better than it did for me.
If you want flowers don't order from here and bc they won't deliver early even if you've paid the extra money for earlier that 1300 delivery. They won't deliver it at all. And trying to call to cancel it the next day won't even help. They will give you the same line. It's like they're reading off of a script. Bottom line go to flowers.com or proflowers, more expensive but you'll get your flowers delivered
This flower delivery company is a joke. As is my custom for important occasions, I ordered a "bunch of red alstroemerias" (and nothing else) for my 91-year old mother to greet her upon discharge from the hospital on the the day before New Year's Eve. Instead, my mother received some white tulips and other white flowers, none of which was an alstroemeria. Until he died in 1995, my father gave my mother alstroemerias every Friday with this loving message: "I'll still marry you" (yes, that's phonetically the same as the flower's name)! Promptly upon delivery of the incorrect delivery, I contacted Blossom and was told that, indeed, they substituted the alternate white flowers because they didn't have alstroemerias. (But they didn't contact me beforehand.) The company offered a 10% credit. I suggested that the company deliver my original order or give me a full credit (and we would return the incorrect delivery). They said the best they could do was a 25% credit! My mother was quite disappointed. Obviously, I'll never use Blossom again. In a word, this company is a JOKE! And it doesn't deserve any stars. By the way, here's the company's refund policy (as set forth on its website), which they don't seem to otherwise acknowledge:
"Refund Policy -- At Blossom Flower Delivery, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and product does not comply with our Substitution Policy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to begin the refund or return process... If product is not available we will arrange for re-delivery of product that is equal or greater value. Full refunded will be given upon return of the product within seven 7 days."
In addition to delivery issues, the delivery concerns tab is a dead link. I tried to cancel my order but was informed cancellation time had passed. Don't make the same mistake I did, order before reading reviews. Will not order from here again, when all extra fees added in( but noted on receipt) I should have cancelled. Update, flowers were delivered at 4pm. It's pretty but small for what we paid. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. There is another separate arrangement behind it, so it may look larger than it is. Again, paid 80.00 for this

The website is easy to use and the pictures of flowers are great but they do not deliver and certainly are not worried about morning delivery even if you pay the exepedited fee. I spent one hour on hold while the CSR called the recipient to verify the flowers were not received (added embarassment). This company supposedly contracts with local florists. Their go to excuse is that they have an extremely high customer volume and can't keep up. I hope my phone call was recorded because every employee there needs to listen to it. Worst florist experience EVER.
I ordered flowers to be delivered for my cousins funeral on 1/4/23 for delivery to the funeral home on 1/5/23.
Well, they didn't arrive to the funeral home and I called them back... they said they are out for delivery! Never arrived again... Then they said they would be delivered on 1/6/23.11:00 am on 1/6 got a call they they would need 20.00 more in order to provide flowers with the arrangement as they were out of flowers and would have to purchase from a floral partner. I refused and then they said they would only be able to provide a single plant. I asked that they email me a picture of the plant and if it wasn't adequate for my $77.00 I would like a refund. No email has arrived. I have called them three times and was run around that they would have to check the other customer service person to see what is happening. But it appeared that a driver was assigned and was out for delivery. Time is now 4:32 pm, 1/6/23 and trying to call and just being put on hold and then hung up on. I was sending flowers to an ill friend and before the flowers arrived she passed away. I called and ask that the flowers not be delivered because she had passed and I had a note to her and a get well card that I thought would be hard on the family that was still at her house. I was told nothing could be done because they were out on the truck. I told them I didn't want my money back if someone could just call the driver and stop the delivery and I was told no they couldn't do that. These are some sorry people with no morals at all. And I'm sure it starts at the top!
I purchased a flower arrangement for my wife's birthday and just before the delivery time, they cancel my order arguing security reasons and telling me that my bank canceled the order which is a total lie. They just didn't want to accomplish my order. Never allow me to verify the purchase and just told me that I have to talk to my bank. I called my bank and guess what? They told me everything was in order and the transaction was valid. Blossom Flowers, I would never buy from you again and never suggest your services.
I ordered flowers for a family birthday and choose Blossom because they promised same day delivery. When I heard that the flowers had not been delivered and it was after 5 pm, I called to check on the order. The automatic service-no one to talk to of course-told me that delivery was scheduled for the next day, not the day of the birthday. When I tried to talk through the chat service, they never answered me back after I described the problem. And I can't believe I left them a 20% tip.
BOTTOM LINE: DON'T USE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY.
The ad said FREE SHIPPING, they added shipping costs to my order. Then the item I ordered was not what was delivered...twice.
They never deliver the flowers when you ask for a refund they tell you stories about they will delivered next day or they will check with the driver or they are just now making them they are not holding reposablity they are ignorant and don't care to still money from people that actually work hard DONT ORDER FROM HERE
I have also had a terrible experience with Blossom Flower Delivery and wish I had checked BBB ratings before using them. Agree with another reviewer that one star is too generous. The delivery was three days late and a tacky little arrangement that looked nothing like the centerpiece I had ordered. I spent hours trying to find out where the delivery was with no success. Then what a disappointment when it arrived! They asked for a photo, which I sent, and then offered an insulting 10% off the original price. I was able to negotiate up to 20% off but did not pursue it further because I was so sick of dealing with them. I have ordered successfully through Flowers.com and FTD in the past and should have stuck with one of these services. From my credit card statement I believe this outfit is located in Van Nuys, CA. Interesting that two of their various call-asking numbers turned out to be for hospitals in my (very different) area code. Not illegal I guess, but it should be!
We ordered live plants in a basket on December 28th, for around $65.00, the total when I went to checkout was $81.00 but I thought maybe the delivery charge was on top of that and being stressed already because it was for someone that just lost her husband, I just wanted the flowers delivered that day or the next. When I got the confirmation email, it still said 81 dollars and looked like the flowers would be delivered the next day. After checking to make sure the information was right, I was told the flowers would be delivered February 3rd. My bank statement read that they had charged me $114.00. I cancelled my order. I would never use or recommend this company again. Awful business to deal with.
How a company can do this to people is beyond me. My son ordered an 80 dollar arrangement. A lady left outside a baby poinsettia when he ordered nothing like that. Looks like an 8 dollar plant remaining at store after Xmas. I placed it on top of a candle so you can see how small it is. Buyer beware. These people are thieves.

I placed an order with blossom flower delivery days in advance of required delivery date.
The date came and went without any word from Blossoms.
The weather was bad but that should not account for a 5 day delay?
I was not contacted by Blossoms until after I inquired about the delivery.
Once I threatened to cancel and requested a refund, the flowers delivered!
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
