Worst experience ever. Was promised delivery for flowers for my wife before 1 pm. They called me at 12:30 30 min before 1 pm and said the flowers would be delivered tomorrow. Wtf? If I would of known this I would of ordered from someone else.
I placed 2 orders going to the same house. 1 was delivered and the other one was not. No notification! This was for my daughter on her prom day. The customer service representative Maria offered me a $10.00 off coupon off my next order. This was by far the absolute worst service I have ever seen. I would not recommend this company for anyone even if they were giving something away free. Horrible, unprofessional!
If there was a way to give less than one star, I would do it. I wanted to impress my wife by having flowers delivered to her at the School where she teaches for her birthday. The flowers that she got were a complete embarrassment.
It looked like they took a bunch of flowers from a display that was hours from going into the garbage or raided a funeral home and gave those to her. They had zero flower smell. They were not wrapped. They looked like they had freezer burn on them. Nothing about this delivery was acceptable.
I sent a message to them to try to get some kind of resolution and got a couple emails back that they were looking into it and I have heard nothing back from them in about a week now. This was on April 3rd and it is now April 14th.
I would not recommend this flower delivery service to anyone for any reason at all and I consider the money I spent there a complete waste of resources.
WORST COMPANY EVER. STEER CLEAR! Ordered flowers and paid extra for delivery the following day by 1 PM. By 5:30 PM flowers still were not delivered. Called and waited on hold FOREVER. Finally was told they "could not get in touch with the delivery driver" but they would "open a ticket" and call/email me back. Tried again around 6:30 they had closed at 6 PM. Next day... still no response via call or email - I called and waited on hold for 30 + Minutes. I was told they would "try" to request a cancellation. What a waste of time and money

Ordered flower delivery for Vday, they delayed my delivery two days because of driver issues. Silly me I decided to try them again thinking this was just a holiday rush thing. Ordered first thing in the am for same day delivery, they tell me there's a problem with the driver and it'll be delivered first thing next morning. No update the next morning so I call and they tell me there's another issue and they have to deliver the next day again. They need to close their business down and find something else to do, because delivering flowers ain't it. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS
They don't even deserve the one star
After ordering received an email in regards that the flowers were out of stock and would not be in till next day. I agreed to wait. I ordered a beautiful white and Blue bouquet. Instead I received multi colored flowers plus over priced.
I thought I was ordering a Sympathy plant from a local Florist but it turned out to be a non-local company, Blossom. The internet ad was very misleading to me. The plant did not get delivered on the day they promised 04/11/23. They e-mailed me the next morning assuring me it would be delivered on this day 04/12/23. It is now 6:09 PM and I called them and they cannot confirm delivery. This was for a very sensitive issue and I didn't need the aggravation of fighting with a bunch of morons to try to track down the delivery. My best friends just lost their son who was only 31. The Blossom Phone Rep had the nerve to ask me to call them to see if they received the plant, which I refused to do. They are already very upset and don't need me calling them to see if a plant got delivered. I am still waiting on a call-back but will probably dispute the change on my credit card tomorrow. I would never ever use Blossom again! Lesson learned, always look at the ad carefully and only call a local phone number.
Wish I had checked reviews first. This company came up when I searched for Chilliwack florists in BC. Didn't see it was American dollars. I changed the bouquet to a $70 bouquet. Crap was sent. I was humiliated. The company tried to say they already refunded me --yeah the difference between the two bouquets. Now they want to refund a lousy 30 percent. No. CLASS ACTION?
Possibly the most incompetent, rude and uncaring company around. Ordered flowers for Easter for aging mother in-law, was told it would be delivered between good Friday and Easter Sunday at the very latest. On Easter Sunday in the afternoon they sent email saying they needed to make a substitution, my wife called and they said would not be able to make a delivery until Tuesday. They were insulting and disregarded the importance of the timing of the delivery. My wife conceded to the later delivery. Today, Tuesday the flowers did not get delivered again. NO COMMUNICATION, my wife called, the did not apologize they simply said they didn't have a driver. A assume their plan was to steal our money and not deliver the flowers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered my flowers to be delivered yesterday. Never got a confirmation email. It's been a nightmare trying to confirm over the website. Waited over an hour to chat with one of their representatives who told me my flowers would be delivered today by 6 pm today and they got there an hour later. But the worst part is definitely the flowers. They do not look like the picture at all in a very bad way. Definitely not buying from this site again and warning people against it. Terrible overall experience!
I spent a lot of money on this order for my daughter's birthday. It was suppose to have a big happy birthday balloon and some plain balloons. She loves Lillie's and the arrangement only had one tiny lily in the middle. Was delivered to her job and I was embarrassed. Their website looks like any online florist with the same selections and data entry windows. Do not be fooled! This is deceptive since this business is not a flower shop but a 3rd party at best. Flowers are never delivered on day pomised, an e-mail comes later instead stating the flowers selected are unavailable due to a shortage. Refunds are promised but not executed. Other reviewers state flowers or just plants arrive days later that are cheaper inferior versions of what was originally ordered.
First picture is of the regular arrangement on the website. I ordered the Premium. Second picture is what they delivered. Broken stems, hardly any flowers, not a single rose or lily that the original picture showed. The stems of the crappy flowers they put in instead of the ones shown on the site have broken stems and the flowers are few and far between. They put less flowers in what they delivered than even the regular arrangement on the website showed. I actually would have rather not had any flowers delivered than have this embarrassing clearance bin looking half-dead one sent.
We were NOT made aware of the American pricing when we looked up flower delivery for a Canadian location! Our loved one got only something similar to what we ordered and the pricing was SNEAKY as the American charge only showed up later on my VISA... ruined the good feeling and never again with these rip-offs!
If I could give ZERO Stars I would.
Did not deliver what was ordered-
Called the day before to tell me they were substituting flowers and then didn't even deliver what was ordered.
Emailed and called several times and they claim they never got email with picture I sent of what was delivered.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.
I ordered a large, full flower basket with a Mylar balloon for a good friend in the hospital. I got the sparse arrangement in a glass vase with no balloon at all as shown in my photo. I reached out several different ways, took days to respond and then only offered me 10% refund. After a week, they said final last offer was 20%. I asked for another delivery and they said no. Horrible delivery experience, terrible customer service.
I paid extra for my mom's birthday flowers to be delivered on her hands at her home in April 6th (the order was on April 4th). My mom never got her flowers on her birthday. The company didn't even call me and explain what happened.
Due to easter's holiday - the customer service wasn't working - I was able to call on April 8th. The person who answered the phone was very nice but the image of Blossom's was already damaged. I went to buy flowers myself and deliver in hands to my mom. What made me upset was the fact the flowers was my family gift (and I have family who live very far away and they were very excited about the flowers).
It was not only about the flowers and the service, was the disappointment that brought to my family.
Current status: I asked to cancel the service and reimburse my money.
The flowers delivered were late and horrible. Do these photos resemble each other at all? The babys breath is shoved in there like flowers. UGH! There is no way to get a full refund. DO NOT buy here.
I placed an order two weeks ago that should've been delivered. They called me today to tell me they don't have the supplies needed and will be using a sister company due to that my order is going to have an up charge of $35. Of course I cancel this and I will never use them again.
I ordered and paid for flower delivery. They were never delivered. I called and they said the account did not clear for payment but the money was taken from my account. I paid through paypal again and still no flowers. I better get a double credit ASAP or I will be contacting the State licensing, the BBB and will be sure to blast them on Facebook and any other place I can. Sorry sorry business.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
