When I ordered my blinds, I was ignorant to some areas so I believe I ordered incorrectly.
My main issue and what i cant figure out, is did I miss something as far as the material blinds are made out of? We got some thicker blinds for our bedroom (1.5"). What I didnt expect is for the material to feel so papery, when installing bedroom blinds, I noticed a few crinkles in the paper that I must've creased on install and now cant get them out.
I will continue to order blinds and am chalking this up as an expensive lesson that I created.

The measurement and installation instructions on the website, are clear. The Levalor privacy blinds are perfect. They are 99% like having room darkening shades, but better because I can open then during the day and still have some privacy.

I received my blinds which were safely packaged when delivered. There was no damage to the packaging which was an initial concern of mine when ordering. I ordered two sets of blinds and all parts and instructions were included. Installation was straightforward given I had some understanding with having removed the previous blinds. The new blinds look great and work with no issues. I look forward to many years of not having to order blinds again.
We didn't look at the video and maybe the installer should have. They are up but it doesn't seem they are securely in place. He seem to have had a hard time getting them to snap. The installer has put of hundreds of blinds in the past.

The material these blinds are made out of is extremely thin. Like paper. I doubt my blinds will last long. I should have gotten a sample before I made my purchase. This explains how the costs are kept so low.

I had ordered 8 blinds for our church. When they came. I only received half of my order. I contacted Blinds.com. And they wasted no time at all trying to locate our blinds. They decided that the blinds had been lost in shipment so they began right away replacing the blinds that were lost. I couldn't have asked anyone to be more helpful than Blinds.com. My most recent purchase was for room darkening shades for an apartment I Iease out. The order was for both a bedroom window and a door. The blinds worked great. Sizing was perfect and installation for both blinds was maybe 15-20 minutes. I've purchased many window treatments from Blinds.com over the years (top-down/bottom up for privacy in my own home) and have found the products to be decorative and robust. I will definitely be ordering from Blinds.com in the future.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
