The blinds.com website is very easy to use and is clear with respect to specifying the available options for the blinds that I am ordering.

I ordered your blinds for 2 rooms in our new house. They arrived quickly and well packaged. The first room went up no problems and is perfect! The second room I'd measured the windows wrong - metal measuring tapes want to go at an angle (I find cloth measuring tape is more accurate) and contacted customer service about my error. They sent me 2 new blinds for no extra charge. Both are now up in my windows and are really nice. They help block morning light to let me sleep.

I have 2 more windows- kitchen and bathroom that I plan to match with the same style blinds in the near future (other emergency projects have evolved first). Thank you!

Web page was freezing up for a bit, but I don't' know if that was due to issues on my side with the internet.
When the blinds arrived I was surprised that even though I'd measured that the window had the required depth, the instructions that came with the blinds wanted slightly more space. Apparently this is because the number I was looking at on the website was the "minimum required depth" to install, but not the required depth to have the blinds entirely contained in the window well, which was the number on the instructions that came with the blinds. This isn't a huge problem, but it could have been clearer.

Great customer service, blinds are well made. Would highly recommend. I initially ordered wrong size, it was no problem I was given correct one at no additional charge. Thank you.

My blinds arrive on time and I'm very pleased with them I could not get the exact measurement from other places but this company was the best place to get what I need I will be using this company again in the future I'm very pleased if you order from this company you will not be sorry

Customer representative was extremely helpful in helping with my order. I had an issue though trying to order additional parts after receiving my order, even tried 3 different times with no help. That wasn't good, but extremely happy with my shades.

Price was so much better than other sites I have searched. Delivery time is reasonable and color selection is awesome! I love the blinds I received and they make all the difference in the look of our room. I am highly pleased.

Return happy customer! The blinds I ordered always look amazing and high end on my windows. It was very simple installing all of the blinds and they raise and lower perfectly. The fit is always perfect!

I love the customer service tentative and care. I just had the product to fit in the window opening, and it was a little tight. I was expecting it to be a little more loose to operate freely up and down, but unfortunately it is not. I'll have to trim it a little to fit better.
