This is my 3rd time ordering from blinds.com and again I am very pleased with my order. We needed a roller shade for our sliding door. It was easy to install, looks great and most importantly, blocks the sun in the evening! Highly reccomend ordering from blinds.com.
Ordered from blinds.com after my friend went with them and had a good experience. My experience has been a bit different. The salesman was great and nice like always to get the sale. During the measurement process i decided to go with adding a blind to another window so i had a balance. Blinds.com emails me and lets me know a balance is due. A few hours later i get an email that says "you are all set". Getting that second email i think that ok they made the payment with the credit card i used the first time so no balance is now due. It had been 11 days with no movement on the order so i call in. Find out the balance was still due. Why didn't blinds.com reach out to me by phone to try and collect payment? This slowed the order down by weeks. Next, blinds.com supposedly has a price match guarantee. I see on the website that they are running a 5% better price than what i paid. This is maybe 21 days after the order had been placed. One would think the price match would start after installation date. But nope it's 14 days after the order has been placed. I called and they refused the 5% and wouldn't allow me to cancel either since the blinds were already being made. This company does not care at all about the customers after the sale. After all this i take delivery of the blinds and call to schedule the set up. I have 7 or 8 big boxes just sitting in my living room for 2 weeks waiting for set up. They come today to install the blinds. Installed all but one. The last blinds header on my blind was bent and ruined on delivery. I called while the installer was there and was told i could get between 5-10% back for the inconvenience by the customer service rep. I was happy with that so i hung up and then called back once the installer sent the problems with the order back to blinds.com. This time when i called back after the installer left they refused my refund on the blind that was ruined on delivery. Now i have to go through waiting another month and take another day off work to be home for another install. Also they DO NOT dispose of the card board boxes the blinds come in so get ready to have a place to dump those. It's the year 2024 how does this company not haul off the boxes your product is shipped in? April 3rd is the expected shipping date then probably another 2 weeks before install. In a few weeks i will be calling customer service to remind the delivery drivers to be very careful as to not damage the header. If you do order expect a long process and hopefully you have a spot for the blinds to sit for a few weeks til they can set everything up if you do get their professional installation. I will not recommend blinds.com to anyone.
This is my third order. I've had no problems ordering, arriving and quality has been good. This time thou the blinds sway in the windows. The rail does not seem to be a strong as my last order. These were single honeycomb and my others were double.
Shopping online is shopping on line. It hase it's downside. The only thing I could say about this site is: it needs better color pictures when choosing a the colors. It really needs to improve. Blind price is very good. Called asked a question, supernice person and she had an answer.
I bought these blinds and they were levelor brand not cheap yet these seem cheap, flimsy and lacking the standard craftsman ship of previous levelor purchases. I am not happy with the quality at all.
We are almost to retirement age, and work most weekends on the fixer-upper we bought a number of years ago. I have purchased blinds twice from Blinds.com, (order numbers: ******* and *******) and overall have been pleased. The large blind in our living room has a tension rope on the far end, and regardless of the number of pictures, videos, emails, and phone calls, we were never able to adequately secure it to our living room wall. When the grandkids are here, we simply put the long end over the top so it's never been a choking hazard. This morning, when I opened the blinds, the tensioner rope came completely out of the mechanism housing. Our front window blind is raised about 9" up from the bottom, and I guess will stay that way until we figure out what to do next. I immediately called the *******905 customer service number. I was then informed that because the blinds were "out of warranty" could they connect me to have me order a new blind? Because the blind is 10' wide, I'd like to repair it without taking it down. Blinds.com customer service then sent me to someone wanting to take my new order. Sure, because that will be inexpensive? We have a number of windows upstairs in the bedrooms and office with their cellular and light-blocking shades. I have 9 more windows on the 1st floor, and 2 more upstairs to order blinds for, and as we're tackling each room individually, it's sort of a slow process. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, OK, but what about long term? Will never, ever order blinds from here or Home Depot, since HD owns blinds.com now. The blinds only move with the tensioner rope, so not even sure what to do next.
I submitted a negative review and received an email saying it would not be published. The installation instructions did not match my product. There was an ugly safety device not pictured on the website that I did not want on my French door. Be aware that the high ratings posted on Blinds.com are skewed. Avoid this company.
Experience with the installation is not good. There are blinds 5 blinds for which the Edge moulding was not fixed. I have tried calling blinds.com to report teh issues and they have told me that the installer will report the issue and they will take action. Nothing happened so far, it been moe than 10days.
The vertical blinds fit the the two windows perfectly. Easy to install. I had both sets up in 30 minutes. My wife was very pleased with the blinds.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
