The vertical blinds fit the the two windows perfectly. Easy to install. I had both sets up in 30 minutes. My wife was very pleased with the blinds.
I was confused on the website, so I wanted to call a sales rep for help. I wanted the top down bottom up blinds, that is specifically why I called. When I got my blinds they were the pull down type. I don't know where I/or it went wrong. They are ok, but not what I wanted.

Ordered 2". Should have ordered 2 1/2" to match my other blinds but still look good. The pull cords for tilt are WAY too short. Wife has to use an extension grabber to close. Stiff tilt rotation.
If you can accurately measure your window opening, it's easy to then just pick a style and order it. Easy to follow, great selection

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
