The ordering process is very detailed, which leads to a perfect product. One suggestion is that you give direction in the delivery about assembling the hinges which come undone. Also, the tiny washers could be in a little baggie.

The site is really easy to use and I ordered samples so the index card you sent with measuring was really helpful! I have not installed as waiting until bathroom is completed but love the look of the blinds.

******* Order placed Mar 13th, 2024 at 6:10 PM now april 17th. Don't spend your money at this company. Order directly from the manufacturer for a quarter of the cost. I dropped 2k and expected them within a week or two, but not over two months, and I still have not received the blinds. I will need to ask for a refund from my credit card, and they never showed up.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
