******* Order placed Mar 13th, 2024 at 6:10 PM now april 17th. Don't spend your money at this company. Order directly from the manufacturer for a quarter of the cost. I dropped 2k and expected them within a week or two, but not over two months, and I still have not received the blinds. I will need to ask for a refund from my credit card, and they never showed up.
Love your products and selection. Carlton was an amazing help so I could choose well. Blinds are amazing, also a great value for the cost.

The blinds are very attractive. They were affordable compared to other sites I searched and were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Super easy to install as well.
I like the blinds a lot, BUT...I ordered 13 of them and none of them were labeled, so I had to measure and remeasure to make sure I put them in the right windows. Why? I labeled them when I ordered them, so I thought when they arrived I could just take them to that room. What happened?

Colors options changed every time I visited the site. I got samples but the color I preferred was not available when I ordered. I was quite happy with the blinds when they arrived. Installation was easy.

Installing them one room at a time as I fix walls and repaint the inside of my house. Three of them installed easily. The one with no old window frame was tight and the corner holding wedge cracked out the slot on the frame. Not happy about that as I took every precaution for it to fit. It appeared to be oversized. Still have two more to install. Will contact customer service to see iff they will replace the frame.
It was great! We live in a 1934 restored farmhouse with a lot of odd size windows. We took the $199 installation option, which included a professional re measure of all the windows. Shades were all installed and look beautiful.
My third purchase from Blinds.com over many years. This time for a volunteer Fire Protection District. The sales/customer service agent, Steve, was very helpful and in review we corrected the order on a window that was missed in the first quote. I also added two additional blinds to the order. Pricing was excellent with the offered discounts.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
