The original order I was not offered or did I ask for a sample, but tried to do the color match by photos emailed back and forth with Jason, and I did not inquire as to how heavy faux blinds would be. Once I received the order I found the color match needed to be darker. I called the next business day and from there you all helped me resolve the issues of color match and weight over the following week, once I received the wood blind color samples that I should of had before I ordered. The 2nd order went well with your assistance and recommendations. I will donate the original to a charity as you requested, since you did not want them returned, and your more than generous.
I received the 2nd order this afternoon and I will be going through the packing list and boxes in the next 2 days.

Needed a big blind to mount over an in-swing french door. Blind is well built and looks great hanging over the door. I can push it all the way up and completely out of the way of the door when I want to use it. Problem is that when I measured the area I measured the exact dimensions of the area to cover (basically the door area plus a couple inches each way). I also put in the order that it was for a door. I made a bad assumption that the experts at blinds dot com would compensate for the 8 inch stack that a fully raised 70 inch blind would create (it's a big tall blind). Anyway, they made the blind so that it's the exact dimensions I gave them when it's fully extended. That's a problem since, due to the 8" stack fully retracted, I had to mount the whole thing 8 inches above the door since it's an in-swing and the blind needs to retract all the way past the top of the door. Now when I pull it all the way down it's 8 inches too short! Again, very bad assumption on my part that they'd have experience with mounting a blind in front of an in-swing door. I understood the physics going in and figured the extended vertical dimension would compensate for the wasted 8 inches at the top, but I was wrong. Guess I should have called them and asked. Never assume kidos, find out for sure.
These blinds are perfect for what I wanted. They were super easy to install and look great. They were delivered in the time frame given when I ordered.
System would not let me process my payment multiple times
The Forest Green blinds in three windows look like something out of a magazine! I was also able to apply two discounts as a past customer.

They still aren't right. When I called for help some young girl, who sounded like she knew nothing, couldn't help me at all. She only added to my frustration. I am very mechanically inclined but this installation will haunt me.

I initially left a review citing poor quality of vertical fabric blinds. I contacted customer service after posting the review and found that I was at fault. It seems the blinds were see through because I did not add the pvc backing. Blinds.com is remaking my blinds with the pvc backing and I only had to pay for the pvc backing, shipping and taxes. I should have ordered a sample first.
The blinds were very easy to order online. I was surprised to see how thin, flimsy, and nearly see-thru the fabric blinds were. If I ever order again, I'll be sure to get a sample before spending all that money.
These are so difficult to move up and down that my wife has a hard time and my 6 year old cant even open these in her room. Customer service says they will make it right but then sends me a video on how to adjust them myself. Really I'm going to go adjust 22 shades because you couldn't manufacture them correctly... Thats just absurd to even ask of a customer. I refuse. So they send a third party installer because they do not have their own technicians to adjust them. Was able to marginally adjust some of them a little bit and some not at all. So I'm stuck with over $3000 worth of shades that are unusable for my family. The customer service agents say they will stand by their product but then the next one just wants to argue. I don't know how many times I've called and called and e-mailed and repeated myself over and over again to each different person I spoke with, with zero results. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! If you need shades or Bilind I would advise you to spend a little more and shop elsewhere!

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
