Customer service has been very nice and helpful with getting my order completed. I had two large windows with 3 pains of glass in each, and the blind valances needed to be next to each other, and I was told that returns would work on the blinds, but they were too thick and spaced the blinds too far apart. Had to order new valances which took longer than expected. Blinds are good quality, but not the greatest.

They look like good quality but I have not hung them yet. Worried about the motor/app/hub combination based on reviews of the associated app, which were "obscured" until the blinds were delivered. More information about the app in advance would have swayed me away from this brand.

So easy to installl, even a Bama fan can do it. Built solid. Will buy again. I would have liked to lessen the gap between the top and first blind panel. They came out a little short. I'll add another inch or so next time I order.

Everything up until I put the blind in the opening was as expected. The quality of the blind, color, parts and directions were all accounted for and what I thought would be there. The bottom frame fit perfectly as measured and the height was also right on, however, they tapered the bottom cut in leaving about 3/4" on both sides. This allows light in and looks less than ideal.
I received exactly what I wanted and the order process was simple and easy. My order arrived much sooner than I expected.

We bought blinds for six identical windows in our newly completed sun room. High quality and smooth operation enables us to regulate the sun exposure depending on outside temps. These blinds open from the top and bottom so we can block any portion of the window to achieve our exact need, be it sun control or privacy. We love them!

The first blinds I ordered were too wide. (Double cell). I called, and the person I spoke with was really great, and helped me find blinds that would fit perfectly.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
