It's always easy to order the blinds I want! The website is very user friendly-
I placed an order based on my measurements. I paid $199 for the "professional" measurement and installation. After measurement by a "professional" (not) the cost of the blinds went up $140. The largest difference in measurement was 1/8". I have a feeling this pro measurement/installation package is really just a tactic to up the price by saying my measurements were off. I don't have the blinds yet so I can't speak to quality but I would strongly encourage people not to fall for the measurement-installation program. The guy who came to measure was rude and very inconsiderate. And, it is a 3rd party vendor so they have no ties to blinds.com - which, I learned, is owned by Home Depot.
I have ordered from Blinds.com many times before. I have been very happy with the cellular shades. They fit perfectly, have lasted for years and give us privacy. I was not happy with the wooden slat blinds. They fit perfectly but I could not close them if I opened them all the way. They sent me new ones with no charge, but they had the same problem. I replace them with a cellular shade. I highly recommend the cellular blinds.

Size was perfect but the slats are no better than a $5 blind from Home Depot. The top slat was bent from the get go. Placement of the brackets over the swivel mechanism is way too tight when drilling into house walls. The screw heads interfere with the swivel mechanism unless the screws are WAY beck in the brackets. Instructions are poor at best.

Product is simple and neat, though ordering process a little complicated -- especially rescheduling process with Home Depot service provider. Sometimes Blinds.com require a call to move the process forward, which is not my favorite method.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
