Easy to order. Received when promised. Unfortunately 2 of the 6 blinds had to be replaced. One because they were uneven, the other because the tilt did not work.

Great support when I called to report the issues.

The ordering process was easy and they send very good instructions; including a video. We had trouble hanging it which I believe was due to a stucco wall.

They showed up and they were easy to install especially considering there was a former blind system in placeLove the selection love that im doing this on a late sunday afternoon...

Easy to order, easy to install. Would use again.

Quick and easy to order and delivery was earlier than stated when I ordered. The directions are a little confusing and over whelming. Simplified directions would be nice.

Thank for variety of options and the sizes. The shipping could have been a bit faster but overall I am satisfied and pleased.

Easy to pick choices. Good website. Several years ago (9-10) we bought Bali privacy blinds for our bathroom through Blinds.com. Size and quality were great. Installation was very simple. Once again we have remodeled the same bathroom but changed from a wood tone to a light gray motif. I went back to my records of the first sale and basically duplicated it, changing only the color and upgrading to free lift stringless model. The results were perfect. Love the easy lifting. Thanks for another great experience.

Our installer, Rick, was very helpful. He did a fantastic job measuring and installing, cleaned up after and was overall great.

Very easy to use website! However, our blinds were misrepresented. We ordered light filtering and none of them filter light one bit. It's a darker color though and that can be expected.

I have ordered here before. The instructions are easy, the visual updates make it simple to see what you blinds will look like. I made a couple of mistakes that the company pleasantly corrected for me. The customer service is a standard that most companies should be based on in my opinion.
