It was nice to have someone come double check my measurements and come and install the shades so quickly. I got 2 quotes from a local place and with all the discounts blinds.com had, I got shades for all my windows and my sliding door for half the price of the local blinds place.

For the cost of all the blinds, I would think they would not be so cheap looking. The stick to open up and close the blinds is very still on some.

The blinds arrived promptly, well-packaged, and were easy to install. They fit perfectly and have changed the character of the entire room, which has a cleaner look to it. They are easy to install, and I love the fact that I can now direct the sunshine in a south-facing room so well. The cordless move up and down easily and hold their position. We are very happy with this purchase and can recommend the company and its products.

Takes a little bit to figure out the pull style but once you get in the groove, it's all good. These blinds are easy to install and are by far the best to open and close. Awesome product.

The larger 2" metal blind blades do not stay parallel as I turn the wand. They twist. It's a mess. I called customer service a month ago & they have never responded.

Pricey, make it easier to repeat orders when I have ordered the product before and keep the same color options so I can match previous orders. Luckily similar color and design still available.

Was a little difficult navigating the website, I was finally able to make my order. I have an issue with the wands on (3) of my blinds.

Fairly easy - but I still had problems with measurements. One of the tilt mechanisms was bent - too much trouble to return - I guess I will just live with it.

Really easy to navigate and purchase the right product in an easy to measure guide system. When I made a mistake ordering the wrong measurement for my picture windows, I was able to replace them for the right measurement with no problem and no additional charge. They didn't even want the first order returned. Very satisfied with the entire process! Have already recommended this company to friends.
