Everything works perfectly including ease of ordering, ease of installation, and perfect fit. Especially notable is the way they stand behind of their warranty. Their customer service is the best. I had my Husband measure so it was correct the second time! The exchange went well and I am very very happy with my blinds the really look very nice and I would definitively order more blinds if I had windows that were naked.lol

Great selection. Customer service was great. Short wait time for delivery of product. We had measured our front room window incorrectly & the blind was remade & shipped to us free of charge. We were asked to donate the incorrect blinds instead of shipping them back.

We have purchased shutters for our home on 4 separate occasions and now have all our downstairs windows done. Even though we did have one ordering issue with one of the orders and were a little put off by the insensitivity of the customer service rep I spoke with, and another (our first order) that came with a few damaged parts, our overall experience has been good and the shutters are beautiful. We would buy again and recommend.
I am a repeat buyer and never had a problem with previous orders, but this time it was charged to my PayPal acct (I received a confirmation email), but no order number. I had to send the order in again, but now have 2 charges for the same order on my PayPal. I was told by Amber of Customer Service that the 1st charge should drop off in 3-4 days, but that is not reassuring for the 3-4 days, esp if it does not occur.
They arrived in a timely manner. Fit was perfect. Full sunlight blocking works well. They are a good value for what they cost.

Outside mounted. My handyman and I decided to hang them as flat as possible along the top of the windows. Even though it seemed according to the instructions they should of hung the opposite way with the brackets but they were too far out from the windows. I am very happy with them.
We have had very good luck with Blinds.com previously but of the six blinds we ordered, two of them will not stay straight when they are raised to the top-most position. We have extended them fully to their lowest position and tried to reset, we have repeatedly raised them to take up the slack in the strings, but nothing we have done has worked. Overall we are disappointed that we seemed to have gotten a third of the blinds as malfunctioning ones. We will definitely think before purchasing from Blinds.com again.
Good customer service. They have abundant choices to pick from. Easy to understand instructions and videos so you don't get stuck with product.
The web is easy to use most of the time and the samples came fast. When placing the orders had to change what we wanted as motorized sliding door shades do not come as an inside mount option. Had to go with an outside mount for the sliding door. Looks good, but would like to have known that a non motorized inside mount shade spanning the entire sliding door could have bean purchased, and at lower cost. Or they need to provide this option: a split, inside mount, motorized product. The web

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
