I was supposed to get a discount but did not see where to do so during checkout even though the site said I can use a code at checkout. I had to call the company to get the discount. Make it easier to apply discounts. Otherwise, great blinds, easy to install, wife loves them.

I like the color and look of te blind and the blackout feature, however, i do not like the clear wand. It is too high and would prefer it to be the same color of the blind. Also, it is a bit hard to turn to open and close the blinds

Blinds.com initially sent all the samples I requested for free. My made a mistake on my measurements and Blinds.com sent out a second set of blinds out on a rush order! The service rep made the process easy. Moreover, she made me feel comfortable when I felt like an idiot. If your looking for custom blinds, this might be the place for you!
Quick and easy and looks good. The only issue that I have is that one of the blinds hangs about a half-inch lower on one side. It leaves a gap of light just over the slats. My window topper covers it, so not big deal, but it's definitely not right.

I had a good experience ordering from Blinds.com. I received my order in a reasonable amount of time and am happy with my blinds. Installation was pretty easy. The cord loop lift that I chose is kind of clunky - but it was recommended since my blinds were so wide. Hopefully, the more I raise and lower the blinds, the smoother they will go up and down.
Spoke to two reps on two separate calls. First rep did not mention that narrow blinds do not raise. Second rep gave us a small refund for the confusion. I wish the ordering web site had been more clear about this.

The measuring video was great and my blinds fit perfectly. One thing worth mentioning is that the installation instruction had me mount the brackets to the window frame top 3" from the wall. I didn't realize it at the time, but that interfere's with the little tilt wand hardware. I just had to move the bracket over by another inch or so, and it works great.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
