Website was easy to use. Customer service was knowledgeable and very nice, blind was a little thin but it fit and looks nice. I plan to buy a few more for the house. I will use this site again when purchasing.
I wish the photos or videos showed the blinds fully closed. I'm also glad I ordered 4 blinds at once so I could change out the cord since they were all not the same length. I think an additional option offered on the cord length would be beneficial in the long run. Overall, would purchase again but in bulk.
