Am a little dissatisfied with the Faux Blinds. I was under the impression that the material would be made of a durable plastic. I now realize they are made of a cardboard composite of some sort. Some of the slats are starting to warp from heat & it's winter time. Can't imagine what's going to happen when summer comes...
Finding S curve blinds without wands was daunting. Not all promo codes are apparent. I have purchased these type blinds before and like the fact that there are no draw-strings or wands involved with them. Considerably more expensive, but worth it to me.

Unfortunately one blind came with the guide string disconnected. I tried to reconnect the right guide string but the bling bnow looks lopsided. Please replace the one blind. I'm happy to return the deffective blind to you.

We were about to close on our newly built home and needed to get some window treatments. A relative suggested Blinds.com, so we measured all of the windows and ordered faux wood blinds online. It was so easy! In less than a week, we received all of the blinds and my husband was able to install them. They look amazing!

I took advantage of a Black Friday code and paired it with a 25% rewards bonus from my credit card company. With that, I got some great blinds for over half off. They were shipped in a reasonable amount of time and measured exactly as ordered. The nightmare was figuring out the instructions. They were HORRIBLE, skipped stops, and the images were illegible. I ended up mounting the bracket backwards because there was no instructions at all for that as to what was front or back. I finally found a video on Youtube that set me straight. We got them installed and they look amazing. I got a pair of Advantage Cordless Blackout Cellular Shades. They really do black out. The cordless lifts and draws down easily. They are great blinds. My beef are the instructions and whoever wrote those should be fired. It cost a star.
Process super-easy, great price nad excellent quality product. Samples arrived fast, much easier -and cheaper- than the Levelors I oredered 30 years ago from Home Depot! Wish I needed more blinds.

Lot of options to choose from; color, style, operation, etc. Web site did great on explaining and showing me different options. Site was very easy to navigate through. Just took me time to decide on which blind and options to go with. I love the blinds I decided on. Followed on line instructions on how to measure and when received they fit great. Love them!
It should be easier to re-order something I have previously purchased via the site. I wanted to the exact same item I previously purchased, but my 'purchase history' didn't provide a way to do that.
I had four cartons in the order and the first carton kept getting returned to N. Carolina to a UPS facility. It took over 3 weeks to get that one carton with my constant calling of UPS and speaking to upper management/supervisors to get the carton to me. It even made it to Texas and then UPS returned it to N. Carolina again. Frustrating but had nothing to do with manufacturer - just delivery service.

Excellent I placed the order. They were shipped in a timely manner. They look good the only problem is we measured each window as the company specified. They are very tight fitting but not enough to take dow and send back.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
