The cordless blinds do not close at the window sill. They are more difficult to raise and lower. I will buy corded blinds in the future.

Overall, the products are good, not great. One set of my blinds was missing all the mounting hardware as well as the three extra valences I ordered. I called and shared this, and the lady told me the parts would be expedited. This took three weeks. It's not expeditious at all. Then, there are still missing parts. The corner clips and mounting brackets for the side profile of the outside mount valance were not included.
It was pretty easy except that it was hard to find how to add items to the order.

I then requested a refund for the price difference, as the original recommendation came from a Blinds.com representative and led to this error. However, I was told that no refund would be issued, even though the mistake was on your team's part. This experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to rely on your team for accurate product guidance in the future.

Easy ordering, the only thing I would recommend would be to have tax exempt information on the same page as when you order, instead of having to call and type another way to have access to the page. Usually, you scroll down and see contact us etc. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

There were no problems deciding on the cellular shades that were ordered, however it is difficult to determine the difference for the faux wood blind options from blinds.com. I miss having the option of corded lift, but the blinds function fine without the cord.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
