Love the samples that helped me see it in my own space and make a decision. The measuring process was easy and thoroughly explained plus the ordering process was simple. Communication was clear during order delivery and it arrived on time in great condition. Pretty Easy to follow measuring instructions. Also, the free samples helped a lot in deciding.

So how I must having the wrong measurements when I ordered the blind, it was exactly one inch to wide. I called and spoke to a very friend customer service person who took care of my issue. Blinds. Com replaced the blind with a new one the correct size at no expense to me. I was floored! It most likely was my error, but they were so nice and understanding and sent me the new blind and asked that I donate the blind that was the wrong size. I need up donating the original missed sized blind to Habitat for Humanity. I would highly recommend Blinds.com. Incredible hard to find customer service!

So easy to put an order together especially for blinds for our entire home. Used blinds.com about 9 or 10 yrs ago for vertical fabric blinds for a new sunroom. We were amazed how perfect the fit was and how easy they were to install.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
