Got what I needed at a good price and shipped fast. Didn't expect to receive as soon as I did. Originally stated would ship 4-6 weeks from order date but received 2 weeks after ordering.

Like the website is easy to use and explains everything like how to measure your window. Received my blinds and they're of great quality! I love them!

Website is easy to use and user friendly. Ordered blinds and 3 of the 6 blinds did not fit. The actual blinds were 1/4" wider than the top bracket. This should not happen.

I was challenged to add to my shopping cart so I called Customer Service and then was able to add to my cart and place my order. Order arrived quickly. As it was the first time I attempted install of an aluminum blind, it was a bit of a challenge as the cordless blind brackets and holes did not line up with my 35 year old Bali blind this one replaced. Had to drill new holes but the drill body was a bit greater in diameter so the hole was at a slight angle inside the window frame which was drywall. I miss not having a valance with the blind.

When we felt we may have made a mistake in he fabric we ordered, customer service offered to replace the drapes at no charge. The installer was able to install six large shades in less than an hour, very professionally.

I ordered my blind and received it as promised. Because the window is over the kitchen sink the included wand was too short for me to reach over the counter. I called customer service and they had the factory send me a longer wand at no charge. Probably the best problem resolution experience I have ever had. This company should be proud of their product, their employees and their desire to give great service.

So far so good. Box arrived in good condition, no damage. Instructions were fairly simple and straightforward. Would buy from again.
