Ordering what I wanted was quick and the process was relatively intuitive. The product i received was as I expected it to be, nothing less. Installation with the included hardware was easy enough, but the instructions were printed so small that they were very difficult to read (the accessibility protocols for customers with low vision is not something that should be overlooked. We spend money too.)

These are made in China and imported - and the low cost reflects that. While the ethical ramifications are something I'd prefer to not consider, it is a reality of using this company. At the time of this writing, it might be presumed that tariffs will impact cost in the future (if speculation hasn't already impacted cost).

I don't know if I'd use Blinds.com again, given these details.

Don't have the blinds yet. But they seem to have great reviews. They were 200.00 cheaper then the ones I was going to order on Amazon. It was easy so far.

I thought there was a valance but there is not. I must have missed that part. I like the blinds! Quick, easy and great prices!

It was easy to do the order but the Roman shades were not an easy process to hang them. I was expecting they would be the typical hanging process for these type shades but it was not. I called customer services and I ended up having to hire someone to put them up for me off of home advisor after paying allot for these shades I had to pay over $200 to have them put up. The shades are also wrinkled and do not look good because of this and they have been hanging for over a week now. I will not buy from blinds.com again. I would have paid less to buy them locally with installation included and received them sooner without the wrinkles.

I have used this site multiple times and referred to friends and have not had a problem or been disappointed yet. Thank you once again for a great improvement to the appeal of the room.
