Thought some of the Blinds we received were off Color. They worked with our Paint colors, but were different than we expected.

Easy to navigate website.
If I had a complaint, it would be, the rod to open and close the blinds are a bit long, maybe put length options? Otherwise, I love them.

ALWAYS GOOD QUALITY AND DEPENDABLE! This is my third time ordering and have completely covered two houses of windows without ever having a problem.

I was tired of vinyl blinds, they just didn't last and looked cruddy quickly. This blind I bought was faux wood, 3" slats and I love it! Well made, ready to install and use, large selection to choose from and many cool styles, I will be back for more as I needed to replace my old ones! Thank you!

Very good experience ordering & receiving. But, one of the 8 blinds I ordered has already broken. A string at the top broke and now I cannot open or close the blind. I plan to call customer service to see how I can remedy this problem. Also had to go & buy stronger screws, as the ones I received with my order strip out and are useless.

Website makes ordering very easy. I was getting frustrated on other websites and really thought it would be easier to find someone local. I am glad I found this website! We were also very impressed with the quality. Easy to install and the look great. We will be ordering for the rest of the house!

Blinds.com had the best choices and prices. There were more filters so finding the right item was easier with less to scroll through. My husband thanks you for the option to have the measurements checked and the blinds installed by Home Depot. I would have preferred corded but could not find that option with the blinds I chose.

Simple ordering and great quality products! All of our windows are now complete! Customer service is excellent if you have questions prior to placing your order. Issues post delivery are mitigated quickly.

I don't recommend at full retail, but if 50% off, these blinds are perfectly fine. Wish you could determine the wand length as well.

Was easy and fast. Easy to see customization options once you were able to navigate there (which was the tricky part). Sent me samples quickly and was able to get a good view in person before deciding on what color I wanted.

Site was easy. Also appreciated I could find older orders to compare colors and sizes! When I received my blinds and tried to install them, getting them to click into place took me forever. I'm still not sure how I got them to click into place. I would not buy these again because of the frustration with installing them.

Thr website was user friendly, the delivery was pretty fast considering the blinds have to be cut to your measurements. Product fix was perfect

I received excellent recommendations before I ordered my blinds. When one of the blinds arrived with a problem the issue was resolved instantaneously.
