Easy website navigation, cords were short for the tall windows, I called and new cord was sent immediately, and at no charge!

Fits perfectly and install is super easy. Just follow the measuring instructions online when you order, and then the instructions when the blind(s) arrive and you'll have a super easy experience. I definitely recommend measuring Top, Middle, Bottom, and then use the shortest width measurement for your order.

Quick & easy install for our bedrooms. Excellent blackout blinds, a must for any bedroom, we would order again.

One set of blinds was mixed with smooth slats and wood grain. One set had pieces fall out of head rail, one set had cord not attached to bottom rail

Found just what I wanted on the website, well made aluminum blinds and easy to install. I was surprised how economical it was, and they came quickly and were well packaged.

I have been putting this off for months. Way easier than I thought it would be. Once the brackets are in, it is a simple process to snap the blinds in place.

Pre- purchase: Customer service for the buying experience was been wonderful, I received a lot of help over the phone and I felt that if I was unsatisfied for any reason I would be helped. Post purchase: The quality is really nice, I love how they look and feel and I felt like the pictures don't really do them justice. Installation was easy-ish but the instructions were clear and helpful when we got a little confused. I will be buying more of this style for the other windows in my house.

The installation of the mounting brackets was super-easy, and the cordless blinds look awesome immediately after I snapped them in place. Very impressed with final results.

The whole concept of the blinds were nice. The quality of the product not so. One set that went in my daughter bathroom the blinds had cracked were they didn't pre drill any hole causing tension cracks, any other time I would care but we paid alot of money for these, they should be almost flawless.

It was good but I don't want pin holes in the blinds please. I had to order another set for the basement windows and this time they came in correct and I called Blinds customer service and they refunded my money for the incorrect blinds and the new blinds look great couldn't be happier. Thanks for your help.

Great experience, very easy to order! I needed odd width blinds and getting blinds with the exact width and length necessary was great. All you have to do is pick the blind you want and put in length and width and that's what you get.

I ordered from this site several years ago. I was so impressed with how easy it was and how nice the products were. They've still look great after several years!
