Very nice quality on shade, install was a breeze, would recommended buying the steel chain as an upgrade as the plastic chain that comes with it keeps coming apart at the clasp. Other then that a great product.

I ordered blinds for my front bedroom when my stray pregnant rescue dog destroyed them. I was in a hurry to order new blinds since she was going to have the babies soon, so I didn't measure as accurately as I should have, that is my fault. Wasn't able to install the new blinds though until all the puppies and mom were adopted and out of that room this past month, so I just was able to try to install the blinds. They were too short with the width to hold securely in the brackets so I called to see what I could do. Because I was past the 30 days after delivery they said I would have to order new blinds. I completely get that policies need to be followed, but I never had the chance to see if these fit properly with the situation going on at my house. I told them no, I wasn't going to give more money to a company that didn't value their customers more. It's a shame because my dad has ordered so many blinds from them for his new house and was so happy with the quality

It was very easy to order from Blinds.com The directions were clear for measuring and they fit perfectly when installed. Delivery was made more complicated than needed however when they were mailed out without the complete address, though the complete address was on the order/receipt. This caused confusion and delays in my receiving them.
Replacing one window of blinds in a house can be difficult when the original brand no longer carries a 1" blind. The quality was equatable to blinds twice the price and install was easy to adapt to the original mounting.

No problems with the order. However, I wish I had asked for a sample. Color is fine, but these are very thin material. I would not have bought them if I had a sample. They are also inexpensive. I should have checked first.

Ordering was easy. Blinds were delivered when promised. They look great. Installation was also easy.
I ordered 4 shades for my neighbor. 2 were motorized and 2 had to be cut to fit in irregular shaped windows. I worked through a design consultant to make sure that I ordered the right thing. The 2 motorized blinds showed up correctly except there wasn't a cord to charge the battery packs. The other 2 blinds are a different matter. The were about 6 inches too narrow for the windows. I called customer service and was first accused that this was my fault. I then explained that I worked through one of their designers and that on the email from the designer the dimensions are correct but the blinds were not cut to those dimensions. We then went through everything again and I was able to re order the blinds no charge. The second time they showed up they were an inch narrower than they were supposed to be. I called again. This time customer service was going to go back to the recorded phone call that I had previously to verify that I was telling the truth. They said they would send me an email with the results. I have not heard from them since. My neighbors had decided they did not want the blinds replaced for the 3rd time they would just like the charging cord for the motorized shades. You would think this company would jump at the chance of mailing out a $15 cord compared to 2 more shades. Nope, I guess they got their money and that's all they care about.

I was replacing a wood mini blind on a full length door. I needed 1" slats to match another blind in the room and found them very difficult to fine in anything but flimsy aluminum. Blinds.com had them and the quality was very good, for a reasonable price. It took a couple of weeks to receive them, but overall the experience was very satisfactory.
When I installed the blind, everything went well until I closed the louvers. About half of them were stuck together at the bottom and no matter What I tried, they continued to return to a stuck position. I am assuming that the problem is static electricity, but I never experienced this problem with previous orders for vertical blinds from Blinds.com. I am looking for suggestions on how to resolve this problem.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
