Easy accurate cuts great color selection. Samples were great and had question on cuts was answered accurately. Have both tdbu inside mount cellular shades as well as a td door window one with magnetic claps. All are great. Grab an extender if getting tdbu as is worth it. Both orders went on sale within a 14 day window and both times I called in and they were true to their word and refunded the difference. Ordering was a breeze and customer service was excellent.

These were my initial notes to the seller: Nice shopping cart; not sure why I had to pick bottom up twice; wish I could see the mounting hardware up close -- didn't get bottom up/top down because I couldn't visually evaluate ease of installation or durability of mechanism; wish cordless mechanism was explained (magnets? Springs?); wish there was an option for "cheapest color" rather than having to look for it; would have paid more for an expedited order; would have preferred to see installation instructions up front.
These are my notes now that I've had the unit installed for a couple weeks or so: it took many weeks for the package to get here. Had I known that up front, I probably would have looked elsewhere, but I'm very pleased with the final product. It is both convenient to operate and attractive. I'll very likely shop here again.

I placed and order and continue to be told my order is being taken to FedEx tomorrow. I have FedEx tracking numbers but nothing comes to them. Have now been told they are on way to US customs from Romania. I am tired of being lied to and just want to go somewhere else but they have my $2,000.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
