Our sunroom has two windows that are much wider and longer than normal windows so store bought blinds were out of the question. After shopping around, Blinds.com had the best prices for what we needed. The order was made quickly and shipped with full instructions for hanging. My sunroom looks freshly updated and the blinds are the perfect size and color.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Blinds.com. Prior to ordering they graciously sent me samples so that I could get an idea of what kind of work best for my home.
Then they followed up with me to help me place my order in that time I wasn't ready but I did hang onto Clerison's information so at that time when I was ready I place the order with him and he had my order going very quickly. The quality of the blinds I received were very good. I did go with the Bali faux wood blind with 1.5 inch cloth tapes. They look splendid in the home and I am very pleased. I couldn't ask for more! I did manage to measure one window incorrectly and Blinds.com quickly help me order a replacement blind free of charge. You have just got to love this company!

I am ordering more shades/blinds after I ordered a few the first time to see how they were. I was very impressed with the quality. The representative encouraged me to order the Northern Blinds by Bali for quality and he was correct. Very nice wood blinds. My biggest complaint is that measurements do not take the valance width (which is over an inch wider than the blind) into account and it really wasn't a big deal except for the bay window, because of the three sections and the outside ones are angled. After I cut down the center valance to allow the side valances to fit, it turned out gorgeous. I'll have to post this review again in an area where I can add the photo.
UPDATE: received and already installed my second set of wood blinds and Roman Shades. Really impressed with the quality and the ease of installation. I was even contacted about the second order to confirm the size of my Valance because they were worried it might not have been ordered correctly. Very impressed.

I ordered some woven wooden shades to replace some old white plastic shades in a room with lots of windows. What a difference! I love the natural look and they allow in just enough light while blocking out the evening glare when the sun starts going down. They are beautiful and functional. I am very pleased. Also, my husband was happy that they were easy to install.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
