I ordered 2 blinds and discounts were applied. Once in the cart with the two I could not get my thirds blind. When I created a second cart with one more blind it gave less of discount. I paid 20 dollars more for the last blind. Company alerted. They took care of it and enlighten me as to what I did wrong. Recommend them highly.

I originally left a note on my final purchase about my order. I was not expecting a response from Blinds.com (or thought I needed one). However, they wrote back to me anyway, which I appreciated enough. But they also volunteered a price guarantee policy they have and ended up giving me some money back. In July of 2021 I ordered over $4700 of solar shades. Within days the sides of the valances started to delaminate. Part of the reason is that the folks that I paid $50 to come out and measure did not measure how deep the windows were and they had to end up cutting plastic sides to make them fit in the window. They should have been measured so they were manufactured correctly. I contacted customer service and they sent out 3 inspectors to see what was happening. All of them had different excuses and nothing came of these visits. I then sent more pictures and here it is Jan. 2022 and just got off phone with customer service and they replacement for the sides of the solar shades are on hold. I have talked to no less than 7 people and nothing ever happens. They say they give you 100% satisfaction, but I have %100 percent disappointment. Do not use these folks unless you want to have your order drag on and wait on the phone to speak to someone. Pay the extra money and find a reliable company. Very sad. I never usually write bad reviews but I have had it with these folks.

It was great! We ordered a beautiful dark brown cloth roman shade with a blackout backing for a bedroom and it fit perfectly in our window and is absolutely beautiful. We were so pleased with our purchase and the price was right too for a custom made blind I highly recommend blinds.com!

Frustrating to have to wait for over a month to receive the blinds. I was always having to email to see what was going on and why I did not have my blinds. I bought the blinds because my sister received her blinds in about 2 weeks and was pleased with the service. I was disappointed in the communication with the company.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
