Not enough description of woven vs. non woven fabrics. Also, ordered cordless but video never showed how to open slats on sheer shades. Video didn't even show sheer shades. Hope I made good choices but not feeling confident due to lack of information.

The support staff was very nice, however the Levolor cellular shades I purchased 2-5-2022 came on sale 3-5-2022 for $391.15 less when comparing the shopping cart printouts from both dates. I requested a reimbursement from Blinds.com but was able to receive only $269.40 credit. That is a $121.75 difference. One shade 91" wide arrived damaged, however the support staff reordered a replacement and is working on sending it out. One shade was made incorrectly as it was room filtering and not room darkening as described on the order. The support staff reordered a replacement for this one also and is working on sending this out.
The website is setup nicely and is easy to use, prompting for a choice for every option. One thing that would make this 5 stars and be real nice is a sample book that can be checked out for $100 and then refunded when a purchase is made over a certain dollar amount otherwise $90 is refunded when the book is returned... that would be really awesome.

The website indicated free installation when spending $1499, but there was no way to add this to the order as instructions on the site indicated. It was hard to figure out how to get your order, but also request someone to come and measure.
The good, talking with the customer service rep on the phone got my order straightened out. They also honored the discount price for me.
I could not add the installation option - frustrating
I just finished having all my window treatments installed from blinds.com, and I couldn't be happier. I have composite shutters for every window and vertical blinds for my sliding patio door. Blinds.com staff were very helpful during the measuring and ordering process.
Everything so far has been easy but I'm just at the beginning.
Delivery was fast and the installer came in a timely frame. Installation was quick and efficient.
The blinds were not as tight fitting as I'd hoped. They are a bit wrinkly at the bottom. Overall I'm satisfied

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
