If you know how to use a tape measure, you can get your blind measurements right and get professionally made blinds at a fraction of the cost.

I was promised by your representative that there would be no cords showing when I lower the cellular shades from the top. This is not the case. There are 3 cords showing and I specifically asked for shades that had no cords. I'm very disappointed that you weren't honest with me.

I liked that I could label and name every set of blinds. And stack coupons (always a game changer when coupons can be stacked). One of my blinds rods was cut too short and wasn't capped at the end. But that's my only complaint. The website was pretty straightforward. Although I can definitely think of ways to improve user interface…. Overall, pretty satisfied. They arrived quickly. Installation was straightforward, no missing pieces. Great quality. And I love that I could order free samples without having to pay for shipping. That's what ultimately helped me decide.

This will be the third blind I have purchased from you. I am pleased with your products and quality. The only objection I have on this last blind was there's two wands in the center to open the blinds. I felt that it could've just been one wand.

I'm happy with the blinds, exact sizes and nice quality. But one of the blinds didn't come with brackets etc for installation which I received 3 weeks later after a phone call to the customer service.
Great Experience, I ordered via phone contact with a sales representative. Placed an order a day later and in less than two weeks I had my blinds. They were very easy to install and looked great. The valance cover for the top of the blinds did not fit properly, I called and spoke to a customer service representative who had the replacements out to me in less than seven days. My wife loves them and if she's happy, me casa is happy!
Found the Coolra blinds I was looking for. Ordered with 2ft wand cranks. They are too short for my wife. Ordered a 4ft and she is able to operate the blinds much better. Would recommend getting the 4ft wand cranks.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
