The cellular shades I ordered are quality, easy to install. One box arrived damaged and Blinds.com promptly sent replacements. I did not allow for a tile return on one window measurement and Blinds.com sent me a replacement for correct measurement at no cost and they tell you to donate or dispose of damaged merchandise at your discretion so there is no hassle to return.

The reason for 2 stars is that the item was $244 after all options and it was 349 in the cart, I removed the item and did it again but still the cart was much higher ( $100 higher + tax). If the item was that much I would have still paid it, but it seems like a bait and switch to me and that seems dishonest.
Update:
blinds.com reviewed my issue, refunded the excess cost and informed me that I needed to press an additional button to get the price I expected, it seems an unneeded step and was not clear at all but they did fix the issue quickly. I update my rating to 5 stars due to this great customer service.
I ordered 5 motorized shades and wifi hub and none of them work. Customer service still hasn't called me back. Worst experience of my life.

The blinds are made by a third party and are assembled in Mexico.These blinds are flimsy,the 4 cords get tangled while adjusting the lift. In my opinion these blinds are junk

I ordered room darkening blinds on March 9 which were supposed to ship in 2 weeks. They have pushed the ship date out four times now and still no blinds. Customer service says it should be April 28 before they ship because the bottom rail is on back order. Apparently these are made in Bali. I am out quite a lot of money & no clue if I will even get them in May. Should have just gotten cheap blinds on Amazon.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
