I tried for 10 minutes to process the order and it wouldn't go through. So I did the Virtual Assistant thing and it is beyond annoying.
I was able to process my order after a few attempts. I also had a personal conversation with customer support and they took care of everything.

Our windows are all different measurements so it was nice to be able order several sizes. Love the look and features.
If you buy any blinds here just make sure that you get them all installed within 30 days. They made my blinds too wide to fit my window openings but because I didn't get them installed within the 30 day window they say there is nothing they will do other than take my order for new blinds. No thanks

Almost two years ago to the day, we moved into our newly built home. We had ZERO window coverings and needed to move fast since we didn't want to do the sheets in the window thing. A couple of months before we closed, I had already started doing my research on the various window covering companies. Blinds.com won me over because for only $199 total, they would install all the window coverings in our home. We opted for roller shades and I measured all of our windows according to their instructions and ordered everything. Within a week after moving in, all the blinds arrived and within a few days later, our installers came. They installed everything perfectly. Fast forward to two weeks ago. One of our motorized automatic shades stopped working and charging. We didn't know what to do and thought we were going to have to pay for a replacement. We reached out to Blinds.com. They sent us an address to return the old motor to and within two days, they sent us the new replacement motor. Our automatic shade is now working as originally intended with no money out of pocket. Now that is customer service! After two years, no questions asked, they fixed our problem. I have no complaints!
Easy to measure with instructions and easy to order. I have ordered from blinds.com many times before and have always been very pleased with the quality. This time we were missing a minor part, the little 2-hook that holds the wand. I called the company and was told that I should receive the part within 10 days. We received it within a week. I am very pleased with Blinds.com and would recommend anyone needing window coverings to check them out!

I ordered a sun shade roll up blind as a window in my garage was letting in a lot of ultra violet light. Ordered it in off white so the garage would still be light. The shade was slower in coming than I thought it would be, but with our endless winter this year it wasn't a problem. Got the shade installed and it is working out well.
I ordered blinds that stated they had a 2 week delivery window. I am 4 months out and still no installation. Handoff between the installers and ordering is horrible. Just off phone with customer service agent who had a 'It ain't my fault' attitude that was very dismissive.

I ordered cordless, wandless blinds two years ago. I could not find them on the website anymore. I ordered something else. Then I found my old order. I was able to call in, cancel my order, and place a new order for the old product. It was all pretty smooth. As long as the blinds arrive as ordered, I'll be a happy camper.

Had some issues with delivery however the support team went above and beyond to fix everything! The blinds were beautiful and affordable!
I originally bought 15 blinds, only 14 were delivered. It took an extra 2 weeks to get the 15th, arrived late, delayed the process of renting the property, and cost me a significant amount of money. I learned later that I needed a valence ($3.50 add-on) for 3 blinds. Trying to get only that specific part from the manufacturer would cost almost twice as much as just re-buying the same 3 blinds, so now I'm stuck with 3 extra blinds and no way to get a refund on them.
Could not have been easier! Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, including the install. Everything was communicated along the way and turned out great. Highly recommend!
I adore my new Roman Shades and I have been thinking about buying this type for almost 2 years and I've never regret. IMO this is the best option.

The website makes ordering very easy. I am a repeat customer. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is that the Chatbot did not understand my questions.

I wasn't very happy that they wouldn't honor a code that I had and it expired the day before because I was waiting on the samples. As soon as I received the samples, I ordered.
I ordered the wrong size with the first order but they replaced for free and it looks good. I got 4 solar shades for about $500 shipped. The quality I give 7/10. Not quite as good as my Smith & Noble but they are 3x the cost. One issue with three of the 4 shades, the bow out on the edges. Not a good look but maybe I only notice.
Pretty easy to navigate the website. The digital preview of the window was a huge help. Also, 50% off in the cart doesn't hurt. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. When I called to ask about returns and replacement, the kind lady told me to donate the blinds to a Humane Society nearby. They sent free replacements. They fit like and glove and look fantastic. I have more windows to cover and will use Blinds.com again.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
