Purchased Levolor sliding panels with a valance. We purchased for 4 sliding glass doors at over $900 each. The problem is the cheap valance that looks like something I tried to craft at home. They do not sit square and the fabric does not wrap around the ends on the inside so you see part yellowish plastic and a small string of fabric. These look cheap and unfinished. Blinds.com and Levalor were unresponsive in correcting the issue.
Great product and selection. We really liked all of the color and material options. I'm excited for them to show up so we can install them.
I like the selection of blinds, colors, materials, etc., but the website is really glitchy and not easy to work with. I applied filters for a motorized set of blinds and would select an option it gave me. However the blind selections I chose would first show me the option of motorization but then it would not let me select it. I had to keep exiting back to the home page and trying again until it finally let me select what I wanted. Then at checkout when I was entering my shipping information it kicked me out. I had to go back in to continue to payment and shipping and it added all the blinds I ordered two more times, so I would be receiving 3 total sets for each window. I had to remove each additional set individually until I was back to one blind per window. Hopefully once they arrive the quality will be good but that is still TBD.
The website is very clear in every area. Explanation is given throughout the transaction for piece of mind. The blinds arrived early and were packaged tightly and safely. The installation was explained clearly and the blinds fit and operate perfectly. They look neat and elegant. I could not be more pleased with my purchase!
I have ordered from this company in the past and have experienced a much longer wait time than orther companies on the web. I ordered two small 1/2 " slat mini blinds over the Memorial Day weekend. Still have not received them. Contacted the company and they said that they experienced some delays. No communication what so ever for months. Will not buy from this company again.

I purchased a blind wider than typical. It ought to have been packaged differently that the typically sized blind. It was not packaged with product protection in mind. The blind was delivered bent in the middle. Blinds.com sent me a replacement blind free of charge. The replacement blind also came damaged. This is only my second order from blinds.com and my last.

The price was at the top end for a lower income person even with discount. The price is reasonable compared to other companies offering similar blinds. These Blinds.com Blinds are not some cheap crappy blinds from big box store. They seem to be of excellent quality. The brackets they come with are very nice. I wish 1/4 inch Philips screws were 5/16. They can strip easy. They don't send any extras, 9 screws instead of 8.
I am extremely happy with my blinds. The fit and hang perfect, from the measurements I sent and to the finished product I received. I would buy hem again. For 12 Windows I got the 2" S slat White blinds, I did buy 1 vertical blind for my door being shipped separately, anxious to see it, it is a custom orange color opens to the left. Today I received and I hung 12 windows in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Very easy to hang after the fist one, just gets easier. The Vertical Blind is excellent, the valance is kind of funky, I used the one the goes with my curtains.
I would buy them again and I recommend them.
I hope they last me years.

The blinds are really thin. The strings are too short and so are the opening and closing rod. Thought quality would be better.

Very easy to order and navigate the site. One blind came damaged and was immediately replaced without any hassle. Would recommend blinds.com for all your window needs.
The shade was be the correct size following the measuring directions provided. The packaging was very well done and delivered at the beginning of the estimated delivery range. I could not find any instructions so went online to get them. Imagine our surprise when rolling the shade down the first time and the nice instruction booklet fell out. It was packaged so well, I did not think to look inside the rolled up shade. Another surprise was how easy to install our outside mount. I had line up some help for me to install this 9ft wide x 7ft high. My wife and I got it done by ourselves in 10 minutes after pre-installing the brackets.
Fast and easy! The product was perfect, it was beautiful, arrived on time, and was quality. I will shop there again. I really appreciate the experience.

I placed my order on 04/22/23. They came out to measure on 05/03/23. They guy who came out to measure made a mistake and added an extra window that didn't exist. He tried to correct it while he was here but was unable. Later that day, a blinds.com rep called to confirm the order, said he removed the extra window, and told me the blinds were going into production. I received an email that day confirming what he said and confirming my order. TWO DAYS LATER, I get a call from another advisor to confirm my order. I explained it had already been done two days earlier and referenced the email I got. The rep told me I got no such email because she was responsible for my order and had not sent it out. I told her I had and offered to forward my copy. Then she says she has fixed my order, which I didn't know was broken, and told me my blinds went into production. TWO WEEKS LATER, their web site shows my order is to be delivered between 05/16-05/19,2023. When I called 05/17/23, they have no record of anything. I asked for my money back and was told I'd have to wait two business days until they could confirm with the manufacturer that the blinds were not produced and to see if I could get a refund. So here I am almost a month after I scheduled the original order and I have nothing. I called again and spoke to a young lady named Felicia who told me she'd treat this order as her own. She sure did! I got an email telling me my blinds will be here 05/19/23. She also gave me $100 refund for the aggravation. I will admit, they do have amazing customer service. However, today is 05/19/23 and FedEx has received nothing. When I spoke to customer service, they told me that the blinds were arriving from overseas and we're still not released from customs. I was also told it could be anywhere from 7 to 15 business days before they would be released. At this point, I asked for my money back and was told no. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they would call me within one to two business days. Do yourself a favor, and do not deal with Blinds.com

I was able to easily select the exact sizes that I needed. Also a color that will blend in well with existing decor.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
