I order two knifes from Blade HQ and I also have my packages delivered to my work place due to getting packages stolen from home address. My issue was not the fault of Blade HQ It was my darn fault for not putting the whole address so that I could get my order. Called Blade HQ and Dallas took care of my issue so that if there is a delay in order its my fault. Thank you Dallas for the understanding.

Took the purchase order, did not ship, then only offered store credit as refund.
I did ask on Feb on why the shipment is still at origin, they said and I quote, if you don't receive an update by 27th Feb 2026, the will return the money.

When my knife came in the screws do not thread all the way down on the pocket clip. This leaves the clip loose and wiggles. It is a known problem because BHQ rep told me they had the same issue with their spyderco. Solution buy a new clip from another manufacturer or exchange. I do not want to pay more money for a knife i spent hundreds on nor do I want to send it back to maybe have the same issue and be out the money and a knife for awhile. I order alot from BHQ and I've always had stellar reviews. I just feel being in the zirconium tier and the amount of knives I buy from BHQ a clip could have just been sent or a credit to my very active account. Not happy with experience. First phone call about this to BHQ I was originally told to contact spyderco who told me I could pay to send it to them and have it worked on or contact the dealer. Not happy with any of this.

I ordered a knife from Blade HQ. I wasnt satisfied with the feel of the handle (no fault of BladeHQ) and requested a return. They emailed me a return lable, I put it back in the original packaging and dropped it off at the post office. It took about a week for them to process it and they issued me a store credit (per request) they will also refund it to your CC. I ordered a new knife and something similar happened. This time a ordered a automatic and wasnt satisfied with the feel of the opening mechanism. I guess my only excuse is sometimes you need to feel it in your hand and I dont have any high quality knife stores near me. So I repeated the process and just got my second refund. I just want to state that by no means was my returns the fault of BladeHQ. The products description was accurate, it just wasnt the right fit. I will say this. The communication between BHQ employees and myself was top notch. They answered every question I had within 24 hrs. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Definitely a company with integrity.

It was not Blade HQ's fault I ordered a knife and when I received it was longer than I thought! They returned it with no questions! So I ordered the one I wanted and it is being shipped! This is the 5th knife I have bought from Blade HQ! The have first class knives and this is the only place I will by my knives! Thank you! I tried to select 5 stars but it won't let me for some reason!

I had ordered the wrong knife as I had erroneously selected one with a different blade type from the one I wanted while shopping online with BladeHQ. As I explained my error, BladeHQ understood and processed a return label for me to return the item. Upon receipt of the item back, they immediately processed the credit to my credit card. Cloey E was exceptional, professional, effective, and friendly in providing this outstanding customer support. I have since place another order with BladeHQ given the excellent product selection and customer service.
