I ordered an Ontario 498 USMC knife. Upon arrival in Norway customs required further documentation in order to clear it. I requested the necessary paperwork from BladeHQ which was promptly provided allowing the knife to clear customs without issues.

I purchase four 6.5 Bone Stag Case Knives from Blade HQ. Prices were very competitive as I was offered a discount coupon to use at checkout. The knives were all beautiful, I did, unfortunately, have to return one of the four knives as it had an unsightly deep scratch on the one of its 2 blades. The scratch was deep enough that dragging a fingernail across it would immediately and firmly catch the fingernail. Being I was buying a new knife and not a used one, I chose to return that one of the four I purchased. The other 3 knives were excellent!
Blade HQ made the return easy along with great communication. I will certainly be back to make future purchases.

We’re thrilled to hear that three of the four Case Bone Stag knives were exactly what you were hoping for. That said, you were absolutely right to send the fourth one back. A deep scratch that grabs a fingernail definitely crosses the line from “character” into “that’s not right,” especially on a brand-new knife. If it’s sold as new, it should look new, no surprise “battle scars” included.

Hi, my name is Brian, I have been ordering from Blade HQ for over a year, *I Think* 🤔... old age is kicking in, trying to stop it as much as I can. The Wonderful lady Melissa, please I hope I got her name right, lol. She has been wonderful, the customer Service I received was down home treated me like a good friend, not just a customer. If I ever buy a knife, it will be from Blade HQ. I still have many knives I bought when available, I won't part with. One of my favorites is the Boker Balishnokav... it reminds me of a WWII Fighter plane, the handle is aluminum with an OD coating, the blade is dagger style with the tiger graphics you often see on old P-51: Mustang fighters. I love the different subtle touches like the yellow push button, you'd often see the planes with yellow nose cones, and the belt clip was a bright yet dark red, which was part of the planes color scheme. It came in a plastic AK-47 Magazine case, which is cool.
Unfortunately, I had to send a few knives back that I love, one was an Ivory white G-19 scale grip with a bead blast finish. She was completely understanding and helped me with getting a refund. I have one more knife to send back, but I will tell you it's only because I'm going through a rough patch. They are Wonderful to deal with... it is great when you have honest Seller's and buyer's conducting business. I was hoping they had one more yellow grip, red thumb ring Benchmade "bug out". I think that would've been my all time favorite knife. I hope they can get it re-stocked soon. You cannot go wrong ordering from this Fine Company! I am So grateful I found them! I've bought multiple knives from them and very satisfied with all my purchases except one time. I did have one issue with a Microtech OTF which I wasn't satisfied with and was able to successfully resolve with their customer service staff. Would wholeheartedly buy from them again.

I bought a knife with a defect in material- separation in pivot handle on 11/29 i sent email on 12/06 no response until 12/30 sent email. With my only choice being to return for refund. Arguing that my original email was within the 15 day policy.
The outcome me keeping the knife broken and not willing to shop with blade hq again.

We did respond on 12/10 to your original message and offered options for a return or exchange at that time. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply to that message. We also see that the return option was declined and that you chose to work directly with the manufacturer instead. Because we didn’t receive a response within the 15-day exchange window, we weren’t able to proceed with an exchange once that period had passed.
That said, the return window is still open, and you’re absolutely welcome to return the knife for a refund if you’d like to move forward that way. We understand how disappointing it is to receive an item with a defect, and our goal is always to make things right whenever possible.

My experience was super user friendly, as always. I had to return the micarta Chaves due to a blade centering issue. MRS DALLAS was very polite and helpful in getting me a replacement although I changed my mind and bought the full ti version instead. Chloe was very efficient in getting my refund and also her email was super friendly. I've spent thousands of dollars w blade hq and I have always been blown away by the service I receive time and time again. Ok well thanks again

FedEx lost my order and during the holiday season. FedEx wasn't responding outside of saying it was on its way. Waited an extra week and sent a quick email to BladeHQ and within a day they offered a refund or to reship my flashlight. It's all in FedEx hands but BladeHQ support was awesome.
