FedEx lost my order and during the holiday season. FedEx wasn't responding outside of saying it was on its way. Waited an extra week and sent a quick email to BladeHQ and within a day they offered a refund or to reship my flashlight. It's all in FedEx hands but BladeHQ support was awesome.
Reached out with inquiry about a package from blade hq. Had a pleasant email back and forth and realized it was my order from flytanium. No complaint here. Wonderful customer service.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong color and blade configuration. I contacted the customer service ( Cloey E.) to exchange it for a store credit. The response was quick, professional and polite. I bought a gravity knife from BladeHQ - It was great for a few days, but then the button bound up and stopped working. I emailed BladeHQ support and Brooke H. Responded promptly to my request for an exchange. She was apologetic and made the process of returning the defective knife easy and painless. I shipped the knife back and within one day of BladeHQ having it back in their possession, they shipped me a replacement - Cloey E. Was also very apologetic for my experience, and walked me through what to expect, and was very helpful with the process as well.
I have bought many knives from BladeHQ, and this experience only strengthens my belief that they are one of the best companies to buy knifes from. Any company can be good to buy from when things go well, but excellent companies make even bad situations better.
