Return process quick and easy

I had an Issue with a otf knife that I had purchased I loved the knife But It was just too small for my edc So I thought about returning it but usually returning something like an otf can be difficult So I slept on it and still decided to return it So I initiated a return with BladeHQ customer service and they took car of me They emailed me a return label promptly And I repackaged the Item to be returned and shipped it off It made it back to BladeHQ within 4 Days And they refunded me my purchase price within a hour or two of receiving the package... Awesome service I can't complain I will definitely stick with BladeHQ for my knife go to spot! Thank you again!
