It's probably been ten years since I've ordered from bhq, (not because of anything negative, just wasn't spending) but I recently got the itch that only a sword could scratch and I decided to give them another go. I used to have an account, but couldn't remember the password so I wound up checking out as a guest and missed the shipping info email. I called the next day to inquire about it, and Zach answered the phone almost immediately, reassured me that the mailman had picked it up that morning, and sent me a new email with tracking within a minute. Great Customer Service, Fast Delivery, and an awesome free little knife, patch, and stickers with the order. There is a reason I'll spend a little bit more to support these guys, they've been a staple in the knife community for as long as I can remember!
Side note, the sword was exactly what I was looking for as well!
Ordered a knife, then my son changed his mind… since it hadn't shipped yet, Blade HQ quickly responded to my email and canceled my order with a full refund so I could order the correct one. Thanks!

I purchased a knife from Blade HQ. Unfortunately, when it arrived, one of the brush aluminum scales had a tiny but deep scratch in it. BHQ does not do exchanges, and they did not have any more of the knife I purchased In stock. Brooke was very kind in explaining this information, And we were able to work out a solution that was an amenable to both parties.

I didn't expect that blade hq will ship a product again though the original order package was lost by usps. The product value may be less but their commitment and support level is high.

Wanted to highlight my incredible experience dealing with Brooke H from customer service. I inquired about changing an item in an order that contained an item that was on a great sale. She said it could not be changed but it could be cancelled and I would be refunded. She told me they can still honor the sale even though it ended as well as the gift card I had used my membership points on. I was reimbursed the original order and then immediately after placing the new order, she refunded me the difference of the sale price. Blade HQ is a great company for knife lovers and those looking to get into cutlery and Brooke H was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I was working with Jen to return a knife due to a formaldehyde like smell coming from the Micarta scales. I had checked out as a guest, so I wasn't sure how to initiate a return.
