The Work Sharp knife sharpner clamp does not work well. It does not hold knifes very well. Some knife it won't hold at all. I asked to return it 31 days after it was delivered and they denied the return. Just know, there is no grace on the 30 day return policy.
I bought a knife from a brand I love, and unfortunately I ran into an issue. My return was shipped quickly and so was my refund. Would definelty recommend them and hope to buy more in the future!

Received a great knife, but decided that it was a little too similar to the to like models I'd already purchased from Blade HQ. The company made it easy to return the product. They have to know that I'm gonna keep buying, and easy transactions like these only make me more eager to continue to do business with the company.

I bought 5 knives from BladHQ/Grindworx over a few weeks. One arrived damaged; company refunded my entire purchase. I decided another was unwieldy; company refunded most, if not all, or purchase price. With the exception of the aforementioned damaged knife, all were good quality. Customer service reps like Melissa and Zach are helpful and friendly. I also appreciate discount for vets.

Upon learning I had been charged for two duplicate items I was quick to reach out to customer service. After a series communications, Blade HQ quickly realized there mistake, admitted the mistake and refunded the funds within 24 Hrs. Despite being annoyed by the situation, The folks there were respectful, answered quickly and did a great job.

I've been collecting knives for a couple of years now and have become quite the knife addict. Blade HQ has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The few other companies that I bought knives from in the past have all been replaced by Blade HQ, to the point that Blade HQ is the only company I purchase knives at. As far as support, they have been spot-on each time I've needed them, from not receiving a knives, to being dumb and buying a left handed knife by accident, or buying the same knife twice, the support has been enjoyable to deal with, quick and just overall easy. I highly recommend Blade HQ. Also, a shout out to Cloey E. With the most recent return. As usual, it was handled perfectly. I received an email notifying me that the knife I returned, I used $50 in reward points to help pay the bill. She sent me a code to use on my next purchase. Ordered knife, recieved broken. Requested an exchange but they were out of stock so BladeHq said they would issue refund. Then they charge for me return label. So basically charged me because they sold me junk

With our updated return policy, a prepaid label is issued so the item can be inspected once it arrives back to us. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed or the incorrect item is received, we cover the return shipping. If no defect is found, or the item shows signs of use and is not in new condition, the return label fee is applied. If you would like us to take another look, reach out to our customer support team. We are happy to do so.

2 stars for shipping a complete order and it not taking forever.
No more stars than that because apparently you aren't automatically added to the loyalty program. I bought > $800 of stuff around Black Friday and there was lots of pub about extra points etc. Tried to make another order and saw no points, did separate sign-up for loyalty and asked for credit for BF order. Was told by support this is not possible - only orders w/i last 14 days.
Company's prerogative but I'd rather do business with smaller retailers that care about the customer and can see the forest through the trees. Will look elsewhere for future purchases.
