I had received a delivery from Blade HQ and upon opening the package I was missing one of the knives that I had ordered. The package was damaged upon delivery and I just didn't know how to proceed, I spoke with Jen and she was great. Jen assured me that she would look into this and she did keeping me updated. Jen quickly issued a refund, being extremely helpful I would recommend everyone to shop Blade HQ. This was the first time I ever had a problem with an order issue with them and they took care of me as if I was thier best customer. I can't thank Jen enough for all her help.

Got two defective knives in a row. Customer support processed the returns easily enough athough the wait times are long.
But. I still don't know why the knives were defective.
I asked if Case knives are just blemished now - as the norm, it's important information because I was going to get several knives like the Trapper and Stockmam in different sizes the take my collection in that direction. It is Very unsatisfying not knowing.
It was a simple question.
Now I don't know, and really don't want to spend time and money playing Wait and See though the US mail to find out. Now I don't get the knives and Blade HQ doesn't get the money and I can't tell my friends anymore that I never have a problem buying from BHQ online

I bought a knife that I was not exactly happy with so I contacted Blade HQ about returning it. They hooked me up with a return label, I sent it back, and I was issued a refund. Cloey E contacted me as soon as they received the return and let me know that they got it and I would be issued a refund. Can't ask for much better customer service than that.

It was great, everything went smoothly and quickly. This easily could have been a 2 hour process but the majority of it probably took a total of about 15-20 minutes.

Unfortunately I couldn't get help. Yes the info is not your responsibility but I think you should have this info. What happens if someone buys a (folding) knife from you, put it in the check-in suitcase as a gift (not the cabin back pack), boxed and invoiced, and go to the airport? Anyway, the agent was honest and kind. Five stars. Cheers.

I was supposed to receive my order in 3 days. They lost it not once but apparently 3 times, they keep giving me new dates of arrival. Not sure at this point I believe I may have been scammed.

I recently emailed Blade HQ with a question about a specific blade coating. This was on a Friday afternoon and I was not expecting a response until the following Monday or Tuesday. On Saturday morning I had an email from Kim answering my question with exactly what I was looking for. I then emailed back asking about a military/veteran discount. She again answered very quickly with exactly the information I needed and got my account updated to reflect the discount. The customer service is phenomenal! Kim was super helpful with everything and replied very quickly to all of my questions!

My knife had a factory defect and the return was easy. I didn't have the original box and just used what I had around the house.

I order two knifes from Blade HQ and I also have my packages delivered to my work place due to getting packages stolen from home address. My issue was not the fault of Blade HQ It was my darn fault for not putting the whole address so that I could get my order. Called Blade HQ and Dallas took care of my issue so that if there is a delay in order its my fault. Thank you Dallas for the understanding.

Took the purchase order, did not ship, then only offered store credit as refund.
I did ask on Feb on why the shipment is still at origin, they said and I quote, if you don't receive an update by 27th Feb 2026, the will return the money.
