This air cooled hot knife cutter is effective, it's easy to control, heats up almost immediately, and has a very simple set up.
The hot knife cutter heats up super fast as soon you push the button. Let it heat up and it cut through Styrofoam with no resistance. But the heat dial isn't marked high or low, so hard to know what temperature is being used
HK100 hot knife cutter is a great product that cuts foam very fast. Very easy to use and maneuver. I used it on 1inch styrofoam and this cut through it like butter. Just use it in a well ventilated area because not sure how good the fumes from melted styrofoam can be for your health
